These Dallas Petroleum Club membership lists were first obtained from a visit to the J. Erik Jonsson Public Library Archives Division in Dallas. Here I obtained the 1979, 1981, 1991 and 1995 rosters. Later I visited the Everette DeGolyer Library at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas where I then made copies of an almost complete collection of rosters from the 1930’s to 1950’s.

To my knowledge, this is the first time these membership lists have ever been photocopied and made available to the public online. Note that the copies made at SMU were put through a different photocopier that did not perform character recognition and also forced me to put two fingers into the frame.

This list was compiled through the former officers lists contained in the 1995 membership roster, with the addition of officers listed in IRS 990 forms posted on ProPublica to include the years 2004 to 2023. Therefore there is currently a gap in the Officers list from 1996 to 2003, and from 2024 to present. Also included here are the 1995 committees list and employees listed on the 990s since 2003.
