Introduction

Le Baron Noir (the Black Baron) is a very suiting name for a Belgian man of nobility that funded, supported and fomented a fascist underground, which was involved in all kinds of suspicious and criminal activities during the Cold War. It is even more fitting for a Belgian man of nobility that has been directly accused of the abuse and in one case of murder, of children by no less than five victim-witnesses. That man is Benoit de Bonvoisin.

A truly spooky and nefarious character, de Bonvoisin is one of the most shadiest persons to have emerged out of the post WWII era. Having investigated Marc Dutroux, it was certain that the leads led to the Black Baron and the circles he associated with. One of the victim-witnesses caught in the middle of this was Regina Louf (X1), who established the most crucial link between Dutroux and de Bonvoisin. But the authorities in Belgium covered it up and have kept the lid on all of these affairs ever since.

UPDATE: Much of this information was found through Joel Van der Reijden of ISGP-studies.com and David Teacher, author of Rogue Agents, which can be found on ISGP. Wikipspooks.com, Wikipedia and publicintelligence.net were also used to compile information, as well and bendevannijvel.com.

Early history of the de Bonvoisin family

The family de Bonvoisin seems to date back to a certain Jehan Benselin de Bonvoisin, whose father, apparently Jacquemin de Benselin, a descendant of landed gentry, handed over land to him in the second half of the 1500s. Jacquemin, probably from the Brussels area, appears to go back to the families of Rechain and Hogue. Beginning in the 1600s, members of the de Bonvoisin family pioneered the textile industry in the region of Verviers, where members of the family held positions in public office. Over the years, textile manufacturing became a staple industry of the town. No more information about the family is available to this author at this time. That is until Pierre de Bonvoisin, the father of Benoît, came onto the scene.

Pierre was born in 1903, apparently in Verviers, Belgium. No information about his early life is readily available. However, at some point, he became a professor of economics at the Catholic University of Louvain/Leuven which traces its origins back to the first university of Belgium founded in 1425 by Duke John IV of Brabant and chartered by a papal bull of Pope Martin V. Around the 1920s-1930s, Pierre married Elizabeth Galopin, a daughter of Alexandre Galopin (1879-1944). Before and during World War II, her father was the head of Union Minière in Congo and from 1935-1944 was the director of Societe Generale de Belgique. Together, Pierre and Elizabeth would have two children before 1939. The first was a daughter named Marie-Cécile and the second was a son named Pierre-Alexandre.

1939-1979: Philosopher turned fascist underground kingpin

On March 14, 1939, Benoît Marie Ghislain Martin Marcel Patrice de Bonvoisin was born in Etterbeek, Brussels, Belgium. At that point, his maternal grandfather, Alexandre Galopin, had already been the governor of Societe Generale de Belgique for about four years. At some point, Benoît’s parents had their fourth child, a daughter named Marie-Françoise. Aside from this, nothing else is known to this author about the first couple decades of Benoît’s early life. What is certain is that Benoît would have lived through Nazi occupation of Belgium, from the ages of two to five years old. Around the end of Nazi occupation, King Leopold III had chosen Alexandre Galopin to reorganize the Belgian economy. During WWII, as a result of his influence and power in the Belgian wartime economy, Alexandre had been nicknamed “the Uncrowned King of Belgium” by occupying Nazis. As the official story goes, several months before the allies invaded Normandy, Alexandre gained access to a list of industrialists who worked with the Nazis during WWII. On February 28, 1944, the month before Benoît turned five, Alexandre was assassinated by members of the radical pro-Nazi paramilitary group De Vlag in Etterbeek, by direct orders from Nazi collaborator Robert Jan Verbelen. A street was named after Benoît’s grandfather, avenue Alexandre Galopin in Etterbeek, in his honor.

While nothing else is really known about Benoît’s first twenty years, a little bit more is known about his father Pierre during that time. Several years after Pierre’s father-in-law was assassinated, from 1951 to 1962 (Benoit was around the age of 12-23) Pierre served as a director of the Societe Generale de Belgique. In the year 1952, Pierre was reportedly involved in a committee, which organized the the first, initially unnamed, Bilderberg Group conference, together with Antoine Pinay, Andre Voisin, George W. Ball, Hermann Josef Abs and likely General Walter Bedell Smith. It was also around this time that Pinay, Jean-Eugene Violet and their sponsors as Otto von Habsburg set up what has been called Le Cercle Pinay. Both Bilderberg and Le Cercle’s founding years were closely associated with the movement for a European Union, the agenda of Franco-German reconciliation and the recognition of the Soviet-communist threat. From 1954 to 1957 Pierre attended four or three of the early Bilderberg meetings, all of which were attended by elite men, many of whom with connections to the left and several connected to the right. Before the last Bilderberg meeting Pierre attended in ‘57, he had been awarded with a hereditary barony earlier that year, when our eventual BdB was around 23 years old. In 1959, Benoît’s older sister married Count Herve d’Ursel, who was from a Belgian noble family of Germanic descent going back to the Holy Roman Empire. It is likely that from the late ’50s to early ‘60s, Benoît had graduated in philosophy from the Catholic University of Louvain, where his father Pierre had been specially appointed as a professor for economics. Interestingly, UCL was known for its philosophy course and its motto was “Sedes Sapientae” meaning “Seat of Wisdom”.

Sense the University of Louvain was Catholic, it is possible that Benoît de Bonvoisin came into contact with someone connected to Opus Dei here. It definitely seems possible and may have something to do with the way his career unfolded. It is important to know that Opus Dei officially began their work in Belgian in 1965, and they are known for using universities as recruiting grounds. Despite the timing, he would come to associate with others, who would all appear with him in a 1986 gendarme dossier on Opus Dei.

L.t.R: Vanden Boeynants & PSC logo

For reasons that are not exactly known to this author, in the early 1960s, Benoît de Bonvoisin was called upon to realign the Parti Social Chrétien (Christian Social Party/PSC) by Minister of the Middle Class Paul Vanden Boeynants, who had been a representative of the PSC since 1949. It is known that at some point VdB had met Benoît’s father Pierre through their involvement in the Union of European Federalists of Josef Retinger’s European Movement. However, sticking to the events of the 1960s, about five years after Pierre’s directorship at the SGdB ended, he acquired an extension of the barony title to all male descendants, thus giving Benoît the Baron title when he was around the age of 28 years old in 1967. Also, during the 1960s at some point, Benoît founded l’Institute Europeen de Developpement, which would be headquartered in his own castle.

David Rockefeller & Baron de Bonvoisin on the right; Antoine Pinay & Maurice Brebart on the left; possibly at the first Le Cercle meeting in the USA hosted by David in 1968; if not, possibly around the mid-1970s.

At some point, possibly in the mid-late 1960s, Benoît had already became involved with a secretive intelligence-linked transnational discussion group Le Cercle, which had been founded in 1952-53 and in 1967 began making overtures to the very influential globalist superclass heavy weight David Rockefeller, who together with his family wielded consistent influence on American presidencies. Immediately after the election of President Nixon, the Cercle held its first meeting in the United States at the Rockefeller Center on December 6, 1968. Appointed as Nixon’s national security advisor was Rockefeller protégé Henry Kissinger, who went on to accompany David Rockefeller to at least two Cercle meetings. Eventually, David decided it would be best for him to leave the group, as some of his colleagues from Chase Manhattan Bank had grown worried about how his involvement in the group could be seen as colluding with “reactionaries”. Through the 1970s and into the 1980s, de Bonvoisin would become an important Belgian representative at Le Cercle.

Paul Vankerkhoven

On April 3, 1969, Paul Vanden Boeynants founded the Cercle des Nations with a number of political allies, including Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin, Paul Vankerkhoven and Florimond Damman. All four of these men would later appear in the 1986 Belgian gendarme dossier on Opus Dei. The Cercle des Nations, of which a certain Jean Violet became one of the few French members, was a private, aristocratic club, which started out with about 80 members, who generally were royalist, staunchly anti-communist, pro-NATO, pro-European integration and highly fascist. The members came to include many figures tied to organized crime and accused of child abuse and even in some cases murder. At some point, Benoit reportedly became involved in the World Anti-Communist League (WACL), which had its Belgian branch, Ligue Internationale de la Liberte (LIL), founded in 1969 by Paul Vankerkhoven. Also founded in the same year was the Academie Europeene des Sciences Politiques (AESP) and the Mouvement d’Action pour l’Union de l’Europe (MAUE), both of which BdB would become a member and would join the advisory board of the latter organization. The MAUE was part of the Paneuropa Union (PEU) of Count Coudenhove Kalergi and Count Otto von Habsburg; and the MAUE was headed by Florimond Damman. Although Baron de Bonvoisin has been described as a “key international linkman for the far Right”, he was reportedly listed (at the latest in 1980s) as an advisory board/member of a Liberal establishment NGO, the Royal Institute for International Relations (RIIR), which is located in Egmont, Belgium. However, the full timing of when BdB became involved with each of these NGOs is not fully known to this author.

R.t.L: VdB with BdB; not sure on time.

In the aftermath of the Congo Crisis, the assassination of Patrice Lumumba and the rise of Mobutu Sese Seko, the Republic of Zaire was created in 1971 (lasting until 1997), of which Baron de Bonvoisin would wield influence. Although the timing is not known for sure, it is known that BdB’s main objective in Zaire was to assist in the struggle against communism and secondly to attempt to curb corruption. These activities he would have carried out in Zaire were done with “friends from the American administration”. Going along with BdB’s anticommunism, VdB assigned de Bonvoisin and General Roman on a number of missions in order to counteract the Soviet (KGB) influence in Belgium. Also going along with BdB’s friends in an American administration, BdB had felt that he should try to get the Belgian intelligence services under democratic control “through a number of people with whom he was in touch in the United States and France. He felt this was an urgent matter because this ‘was the only service to escape control'”. Interestingly, de Bonvoisin was highly regarded by the head of French secret services, Alexandre de Marenches, who had been responsible for ousting Jean Violet from the French intelligence service SDECE, a close friend of de Bonvoisin.

May 1971 issue of the NEM.

Around two years after the founding of the Cercle des Nations, with funding from Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin, Paul Vanden Boeynants reportedly played a key role in setting up Nouvel Europe Magazine (NEM), which was published by de Bonvoisin’s company CIDEP, in 1971. Two months after Emile Lecerf became editor of NEM is when NEM published the first of several refences to a coup in a long article, in May 1971, titled The technique of an ideal coup d’etat. That same month, the NEM moved to a premises owned by de Bonvoisin. The following year, in 1972, a number of NEM-clubs began to be organized where fascist militants could meet with each other. Also in 1972, Vanden Boeynants, de Bonvoisin and Vankerkhoven founded the Centre Politique des Independents et des Cadre Chretiens (CEPIC), which was a clandestine think tank that represented a continuation of VDB’s Mouvement des Independants et des Cadres (MIC) and an effort to neutralize the leftists (pro-labour) elements of the Parti Social Chretiens (PSC). The CEPIC was highly fascist and during the 1970s de Bonvoisin was a political advisor to Vanden Boeynants, who became Minister of Defense in 1972 until 1979. At some point in 1972, it has been alleged that planning began to destabilize Belgium in order to bring in a stronger government that could more effectively counter “KGB subversion” of labour unions and left-wing political parties. It was in 1973 that VdB, BdB, Jean-Marie Bougerol and others would have been involved in the aborted 1973 coup, which was codenamed “l’Ordre Blue” and closely connected to the Sniffer planes scandal. Fascists from the NEM clubs founded their own paramilitary group in 1973, the Front de la Jeunesse (FJ). Francis Dossogne, a paid advisor of de Bonvoisin, was appointed as the head of FJ, of which BdB was a key financier through the CEPIC and his PDG company. The Front was essentially the private militia of BdB, taking orders from PIO head Bougerol.

Lt.-Gen. Jean-Marie Bougerol

One note that must be made now is that in 1974, Benoît’s younger sister, Marie Francoise, married Prince Bernard de Merode and became a princess. The de Merode family is allied with the d’Ursel family, both families with member(s) accused of child abuse. Meanwhile, in 1974, the Public Information Office (PIO), was founded by Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin and then Minister of Defense Paul Vanden Boeynants. Army Major Jean-Marie Bougerol’s position as head of PIO was secured by de Bonvoisin. Bougerol was a member of Belgium’s stay-behind network SDRA8, which specialized in combat, sabotage, parachute jumping and maritime operations. Bougerol gave orders to Francis Dossogne, the head of FJ. In the headquarters of the PIO could often be found Vanden Boeynants or more likely his representatives Baron de Bonvoisin and Nicolas de Kerchove d’Ousselghem. PIO was a fascist “personal/private” Military Intelligence group that spied on journalists who had a negative attitude towards the VdB gang. In the period of 1974 to 1975, de Bonvoisin set up the fascist Parti des Forces Nouvelles (PFN), together with Emile Lecerf and its first chairman Baron Albert Lambert.

The PFN essentially became the political front of FJ. The first congress of the PFN was held at CEPIC headquarters on November 23, 1975. Back in August 1975, Bourgerol traveled to Spain with CEPIC director Bernard Mercier to attend the funeral of Franco. But, around the same time as PFN’s first congress, NEM editor Emile Lecerf organized a meeting at the castle of Baron de Bonvoisin in Maizeret where a number of fascist leaders from Europe were brought together. The meeting was attended by Front de la Jeunesse head Francis Dossogne and representatives of the MSI from Italy, the French branch of Parti des Forces Nouvelles, the National Front from Britain, Fuerza Nueva from Spain and Ordine Nouvo from Italy. Apparently also in the late 1975, de Bonvoisin himself arranged and hosted a meeting of European Nazis and other fascists in his castle, although, this may be the same one as reportedly organized by Lecerf. This information gives an idea of the type of people attending these meetings and the close connections between the CEPIC, PIO, PDG and FJ to the fascist underground. It is possible that meetings like this took place several times more, but this author is not sure.

De Bonvoisin on attendee list of 25th International Congress of the CEDI, in December 1976

It was in 1975 that, according to Martial Lekeu, the Front de la Jeunesse by then had already developed Group G, which began working on a coup, at some point, along with its sister organization Group M. These clandestine organizations will be discussed later. A 1976 report by gendarme officer Roger Tratsaert stated that there was a silent right-wing coup in preparation in Belgium and that it centered around the Nouvel Europe Magazine and (ex-) officers of the military. Since 1976, de Bonvoisin served as the treasurer of the CEPIC and started attending events of the Centre of Documentation and Information (CEDI) and nine months prior the Academie Europeene des Sciences Politique (AESP), which had been set up by Florimond Damman back in January 1969. The AESP continued a tradition known as the Charlemagne Grand Dinners. Interesting to note is that both times de Bonvoisin attended the AESP and CEDI, he accompanied PIO head Major Jean-Marie Bogeroul and they appeared to have met with a men as Brian Crozier on both occasions. Some history of the AESP includes the decision over a lunch on October 28, 1969, between Violet, Damman, Marcel Collet and Vittorio Pons that the Academy (AESP) would be revamped with the goal of having a forum linking the PEU and CEDI under Otto von Habsburg and Alfredo Sánchez Bella to the Bilderberg Group and Cercle Pinay, represented by Antoine Pinay and Jean Violet. The new AESP would be run by Damman with Violet directing from behind the scenes.

De Bonvoisin’s company Societe de Promotion & Distribution Generales (PDG) was located in the same building as CEPIC headquarters, with the two buildings they were in having been connected via a built-in corridor. Other groups located there, at Belliard Street 39, were the Public Information Office (PIO), the Mouvement d’Action pour l’Union de l’Europe (MAUE) of the Paneuropa Union (PEU) and the Comite Hongrie 1956-76. An interesting note here, which will be explored later, is that the Comite Hongrie 1956-76, which was founded by Ernest Tottosy [P7], Francis Dessart, Emile Lecerf, Florimond Damman, Jacques Borsu, Bernard Mercier and Victor de Stankovich [P7], involved two committee members, who ran the P7 lodge, Belgium’s version of the Italian P2 lodge that reportedly had the purpose of laundering funds for the CIA. It is interesting that Tottosy is a confirmed member of the AESP, along with other reported members Vittorio Pons [named in a CIA list and reportedly connected to P7] and Elia Giancarlo Valori [connected to P2 lodge; Le Cercle attendee; tied to Banco Ambrosiano, Operation Gladio and Operation Condor]. It has even been speculated that the AESP was the Propaganda Uno (P1) lodge. Whether that is true or not, it is interesting that others involved in these organizations at Belliard Street 39 in Brussels were also members of the AESP.

Fortunato Israel

In June 14, 1976, Eurosystem Hospitalier, the most prominent participant of Eurosystem Health Consortium (EHC), signed a major contract worth 1 billion euros with Saudi Prince Abd Khaled, leader of the NATO-trained Saudi national guard, to build and exploit two military hospitals in Jeddah and Riadh, in Saudi Arabia, with an entire village surrounding them, for the NATO-trained Saudi National Guard. This deal came as a result of a trade mission led by then Prince Albert II in Saudi Arabia in October 1975. Baron de Bonvoisin reportedly was involved in this deal, together with Paul Vanden Boeynants, Roger Boas, Charly De Pauw, Ado Blaton and others.. A number of dossiers would be developed related to this in the late 1970s, which surround names in the the “Pink Ballets”, Pinon affairs and Boas’ mistress and madam Fortunato “Tuna” Israel, who ran a European wide prostitution ring, which Boas utilized to reward potential business partners. The Pinon dossier of the Pink Ballets affair is the most well known case, dealing with a divorce, that appeared to have been very sensitive, but was used by the “extreme-right as a blackmail dossier against the political institutions”. One example of this would later be when de Bonvoisin walked the Tour of Belgium with his blackmail dossier to “complicate and contaminate the important judicial investigation, trying to connect Albert Raes, the head of State Security, to the Pinon dossier. However, it was during the 1970s that Tuna Israel ran a prostitution “call-girl” network spanning several countries. By the late 1970s, Tuna was the director of Public Relations of Eurosystem Hospitalier. Her services (the call girls) were called in to serve Prince Albert II, his consorts and the Saudi princes during their business trips. Employees of Adnan Khashoggi, a business friend of VdB, were among the customers. Either the EHC or the EHS was a 51% daughter of Poudreries Reunies de Belgique (PRB), which is ultimately owned by Societe Generale de Belgique. By 1977, significant delays in the EHS-Saudi deal occur when the Mexican subcontractor of EHS went broke. In a case of mismanagement, while the EHS is barely in the possession of of 5 million franks of capital, the Saudi initiators cut payments, leading to the EHS going bankrupt in 1979, leaving the other eight consortium members to finish the project, and the maintenance of the hospitals going to British and American companies. Somehow, an order of the value of 100 billion franks went missing and no less than 8.5 billion franks having been payed for bribes “rashwa”, which was how the EHS consortium had been able to overcome British and American competition. Also, in 1977, Fortunato Israel’s prostitution network in Belgium was taken over by Lydia Montaricourt, and Israel burnt her address book, which Lydia had already copied and in which contained lists of the names of Israel’s clients. Afterwards, Israel would go on to work for ASCO of Boas. Victim-witness X1, would later testify about the ASCO factory, in Belgium, being a location where there was a room for child abuse and even the production of child pornography and snuff films. She named men as Michel Nihoul, Annie Bouty, Tony Van Den Bogaert, Michel Vander Elst, Baron de Bonvoisin, Paul Vanden Boeynants, Melchior Wathelet, Wilfried Martens and others ranging from the 1970s to 1980s period; more on this later.

Paul Latinus

In the next couple of years, Paul Latinus came into the scene, becoming a prominent figure. In 1977, the PIO recruited as an intelligence agent, Paul Latinus, a Nazi who in turn had been recruited by the US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) ten years ago back in 1967 (at the age of 17 years old) and had been trained by NATO. By letters of recommendation from directors of the CEPIC, his career was boosted even further. In 1978, Latinus became a member of the FJ and would become a leader of Group G. Also, in 1978, de Bonvoisin was scheduled to meet with Senator Philip Crane, who was going on a private visit to Europe and requested meetings in December 1977, asking for de Bonvoisin and Margaret Thatcher. Additionally, according to David Teacher, de Bonvoisin, together with Florimond Damman, de Villegas and other European Right leaders, were present at the formation of the “Cercle Charlemagne” by Otto von Habsburg in April 1978. It was intended to be a kind of parent body for all the splinter groups of the AESP. This association ended up going defunct after five months. However, it was in 1978 that de Bonvoisin was at the height of his official power. It was also around this time that Group G would have been working to infiltrate and recruit gendarmes, possibly from the Diana Group. It is from this milieux that the the main suspects for the Gang of Nijvel terror attacks of the 1980s can be found. Also in 1978, there were growing concerns in the Belgian military and Security Services about the activities of Bougerol and PIO. The following year, in 1979 when the Belgian “Cercle complex” had been undergoing major internal conflicts and restructuring of power, BdB joined the advisory board of the Movement d’Action pour l’Union de l’Europe (MAUE) and would later sit on its management board after the MAUE’s relaunch in 1980, along with Vankerkhoven and close VdB and Bilderberger Nicolas de Kerchove d’Ousselghem. By 1982, BdB and other MAUE board members were the core of Belgian participants in Le Cercle. A sign of the continuity of the Cercle complex.

Madam Cecile Beernaert’s hotel-vill, Sunny Corner, in Knokke-Heist, Belgium

Meanwhile, in February 1979, while Lydia Montaricourt and Fortunato Israel were being swiftly “investigated”, according to Regina Louf (X1), Baron de Bonvoisin raped and abused her when she was 10-years-old and trying to give birth to her first daughter Cheyenne at the hotel-villa of X1’s grandmother, “Madam” Cecile Beernaert. When X1’s contractions started, her grandmother made a phone call. Then the men arrived, the Lippens brothers (Count Leopold and Count Maurice), Paul Vanden Boeynants and the police commissioner of Knokke at the time. Soon thereafter, Baron de Bonvoisin and Michel Vander Elst arrived. At one point, Vander Elst put a knife on her throat while de Bonvoisin raped her. X1 had to masturbate while Vander Elst made a number of photographs. Afterwards, the Lippens brothers raped her with a razor blade. After Cheyenne exited, de Bonvoisin beat her and she was sodomized. Additionally, according to Danielle Lagae, she was sexually abused sometime in the 1970s by de Bonvoisin when she was around the age of twelve. The year if 1979 is also when the whole Pinon affair broke out.

Later that year, in July 1979, one of de Bonvoisin’s associates, Florimond Damman, died from an apoplexy at the hight of his power. This caused internal conflict and power struggles within the AESP and MAUE. Damman had been the chairman of the Paneuropa Union’s Belgian branch, Mouvement pour l’Union de l’Europe (MAUE). De Bonvoisin had been involved in the MAUE as already stated, but it has also been reported that BdB took over after Damman passed away. Damman and de Bonvoisin knew each other also through the AESP and both attended Le Cercle, which de Bonvoisin and others on the MAUE board would continue to attend, becoming the core of Belgian participants in the early 1980s.

1980-1989: Exposed

On March 13, 1981, gendarme IT specialist Luc van den Daele, while trying to investigate, against the will of his superiors, the drug trafficking charges against the National Bureau for Drugs (NBD) died officially of suicide. In March 1981, Group G leader Paul Latinus was given the permission by FJ head Francis Dossogne to create another private militia, Westland New Post (WNP), which he cofounded with Marcel Barbier, who is said to have been the righthand of Latinus. The Public Information Office (PIO), which was located in the same place as the CEPIC, had apparently been absorbed into the European Institute of Management (EIM) after the PIO disbanded in 1981. Just as PIO head Bougerol had given orders to FJ head Dossogne, so did Bougerol give orders to WNP head Latinus, but likely through the EIM. The EIM would have taken over the operations of PIO after they merged and controlled WNP as the PIO did to FJ. Back in March 1980, Bougerol’s secretary Marie Therese Legon moved her job from PIO to the EIM, as secretary-general. After the Belgian Security Service leak in May, Legon became security advisor of EIM in June 1981. Additionally, the EIM was headed by Rene Mayerus, who may have recruited Bougerol into the EIM and would soon be followed by Douglas MacArthur II. However, EIM was ultimately owned by Unibra, thus the 1001 Club member Michel Relecom.

The fascist underground network built up by Baron de Bonvoisin and Paul Vanden Boeynants received a significant blow in May 1981 after excerpts from a confidential State Security memo were leaked and subsequently published by the De Morgan news outlet. The memo dealt with the role of CEPIC members and close associates in funding and cultivating a fascist underground in Belgium. Although one of the most significant people involved, Paul Vanden Boeynants, and the PIO were left out, Baron de Bonvoisin and Jean-Marie Bougerol were central figures in the memo. It mentioned the close relationship between the NEM, NEM clubs and FJ. The fact that the NEM has been supported by BdB, who payed for the rent at the office of NEM and for some time the FJ too at no. 5 Dekens Street in Brussels. The editor of NEM, Emile Lecerf, along with FJ head Francis Dossogne were hired as advisors to BdB. The memo also mentioned how the CEPIC was located at the same place as BdB’s PDG and the MAUE (not to mention the PIO), on 39 Belliard Street, Brussels. The memo stated that a go-between, the PDG partnership and BdB financed the magazine Inforep, which officially was a daily paper for party leaders, but was really a bi-lingual magazine with strong anti-communist leanings of the PIO. Jean Bougerol was mentioned as having been an editor and chief of Inforep from ‘76-‘78 and as someone who gave lectures to NEM clubs. Bougerol had also been mentioned as one of the organizers of the transport of a wanted neo-nazi German terrorist from Antwerp to the CEPIC in Brussels. This person also had to be taken by Bernard Mercier, a CEPIC board member and close contact of Bougerol, to a domain in the Ardennes belonging to de Bonvoisin and then to France. The German had been intercepted while on route from Antwerp to Brussels by State Security. At the time, the head of State Security was Albert Raes, and a bitter dispute between him and BdB ensued.

As a result of the publishing of these confidential State Security memos, de Bonvoisin’s public career was ended and he then became known as the “Black Baron”. The same year as this memo was leaked, in 1981, the CEPIC disbanded as a reault. Despite, the major blow to BdB’s and VdB’s fascist underground network, it remained in operation. In July 1981, members of the Front de la Jeunesse set fire to Pour magazine’s publishing building, which had revealed information about the internal structure of FJ and reportedly had information about the Pinon dossier. The following month, Douglas MacArthur II became the chairman of EIM, which had taken over PIO operations.

In October 1981, two failed assassination attempts took place on the two chief investigators of the 1980 National Bureau for Drugs (NBD) affair, Adjutant Guy Goffinon and Lt.-Col. Herman Vernaillen. Goffinon and Vernaillen were told that they couldn’t touch their suspects because they were protected by Vanden Boeynants and de Bonvoisin. General Beaurir and other senior Gendarme officers began sabotaging the investigation. On October 12, 1981, a bomb, about 1/3 of the bomb, went off in Goffinon’s car while three other officers were driving in it. The ignition mechanism of the bomb had been constructed by Jean-Francois Buslik, a good friend of US narcotics specialist Frank Eaton and suspected Group G (and Gang of Nijvel) member Madani Bouhouche. Fifteen days later, Lt.-Col. Vernaillen survived an assassination attempt, although his wife was badly shot up leaving her 40% paralyzed. Evidence had reportedly been found connecting Buslik, Bouhouche and Vanden Boeynants to the attempt on Vernaillen. It is also believed that Vernaillen may have survived an assassination attempt several hours earlier while riding in a car with Gendarme officer Joris Vivelle, instead of a regular gendarme vehicle. Around November, Goffinon advised the Justice department to arrest Vanden Beoynants on drug trafficking charges, but no action was taken.

From November 20th-23rd, 1981, an association called Europa Christiana held a meeting at Abbaye de Royaumont between Paris and Chantilly. The seminar was attended by de Bonvoisin, together with Cercle attendees Violet, Collet, Sánchez Bella, Andreotti, Garnier-Lançon, Close, Jonet and Vankerkhoven. The coordinator of this association was Abbe Lebec, a member of the Milice de Jésus-Christ as was PIO head Jean-Marie Bougerol, and it was presided over by Carlo Pesenti.

Le Cercle attendees list of ’82 Wildbad Kreuth meetings.

The following year, de Bonvoisin is confirmed to have attended meetings of Le Cercle from June 11-13, 1982, in Wildbad Kreuth, Germany. Within the past several months there had been at least three crimes in Belgium, which have now been attributed to the Bende van Nijvel (Gang of Nijvel/Brabant killers). On December 31, 1981, there had been a burglary at the barracks of the Etterbeek Gendarmerie. Automatic weapons, ammunition and a car had been stolen. Later, items from this theft would apparently be found in a garage of Madani Bouhouche. On March 13, 1982, there was a theft of a 10-gauge fowling shotgun from a store in Dinant and two men were seen fleeing from the scene. Almost two months later, on May 10, 1982, an Austin Allegro vehicle was stolen at gunpoint and in this instance, “The Killer” was seen without a mask. He spoke French apparently as a first language and had the inflection of an educated man. That car was almost immediately dumped, however, there was also a theft of a Volkswagen Santana from a car show. Just over two months after these car thefts, Baron de Bonvoisin attended Le Cercle and then the following month, on August 14, the Gang of Nijvel began their reign of terror by robbing a grocery store in Maubeuge, France, from where they stole food and wine. While the stolen goods were being loaded into the car, two French police officers arrived on the scene, but both were shot and seriously wounded. This initial grocery store robbery was possibly a pre-robbery before the rest of their robberies in Belgium. Is it a coincidence that just after Baron de Bonvoisin attended Le Cercle in 1982, that the Gang of Nijvel began their series of robberies? Could the Gang have been part of a plot to destabilize Belgium, and/or possibly to assassinate certain individuals, as will be mentioned? It certainly seems like a possibly and it should be investigated. It is clear that there had been a planned coup back in the 1970s, which was apparently intimately connected to Group G within the Front de la Jeunesse, which had been headed by Francis Dossogne, who took orders from Jean-Marie Bougerol, the head of the Public Information Office. These links have all been connected to Baron de Bonvoisin already. But what about that leaked Belgian State Security memo that exposed the CEPIC, PDG-PIO operation with the Front? Well, the other private military group created by Paul Latinus was Westland New Post, the PIO had merged with the European Institute for Management (EIM) and de Bonvoisin, despite his public career having been ended by the memo, would continue to attend Le Cercle, being a central Belgian representative, along with others on the board of the MAUE. For reasons covered above, it is strongly suspected that not only was Group G behind the Gang of Nijvel, but that the Gang was part of a strategy of tension in Belgium and apparently linked to Operation Gladio and the CIA.

The following month of the Gang of Nijvel’s first grocery store robbery in France, they struck again, in Belgium. On September 30, 1982, there was an armed robbery of a weapons dealer in Waivre, Belgium. A total of 15 firearms were stolen, including sub-machine guns. One policeman was killed at the scene and two others were shot and seriously wounded. This unsolved crime has been ascribed to the Gang, which means they would have made their first murder at this point.

Photo of Chateau des Amerois

In October 1982, Tony took X1 to one of the hunts, which were no ordinary hunts on regular animal game. Tony drove her to a property, with which X1 was very familiar. She was driven from Gent to Dinant, south toward Bouillon and a little while longer until Tony drove through a big metal gate. The castle she described appears to have certainly been Chateau des Amerois, which is or was owned by the Solvay family and is surrounded by a large forest. As usual, the hunts took place in a park, which in this particular place had a large pond and rhododenron bushes. X1 counted ten men, one of them being “Joe”, who appears to have definitely been Baron Benoît de Bonvoisin, who stood separate from the group of the other men present. Other men apparently present included Paul Vanden Boeynants, 4 Gendarme officers, the woods keeper and likely those running security. There was a guard who held two Saint Hubert dogs under control. There were five girls between ten and sixteen years old, standing close together, behind whom were two guards, whose role was to prevent the girls from running away. One of the men shouted “Nos petits lapins sont prets !” (Our little rabbits are ready!). They all laughed, except Baron de Bonvoisin, who was dead serious, because he was there to kill. X1 decided to move away from the group of girls toward a tree, to get a better look at the whole group. When the men called the girls, they all reacted, but X1 stayed put and looked at de Bonvoisin, who looked at her calmly in evaluation. De Bonvoisin signed her over and wanted X1 to give him fellatio. When he had enough, he pushed X1 away, as if he wanted to save her for later. However, he then made her stay with him, after the girls ran out into the forest. X1 was made into an accomplice by BdB, who made her find the girls and point out where they were hiding. This would have been easier to do as day light was still somewhat present. As each girl was caught, they had to take off a piece of clothing and once they didn’t have anymore clothing, the men started aiming. At some point, BdB was behind X1 and readied his rifle, then suddenly put it in her hands. “If you miss we’ll hunt you,” BdB softely whispered into X1’s ear, “if you hit you will live”. BdB helped her aim the rifle and put her finger on the trigger. Then at one moment, he whispered “maintenant” (now) and forced X1 to pull the trigger. Afterwards, X1 was raped until the men lost interest.

Later that next month, on December 23, 1982, there was an armed robbery of a restaurant in Beersel, Belgium. Coffee and wine were stolen, but the Gang handcuffed, apparently tortured and murdered the caretaker, José Vanden Eynde, whose son found him in the morning having been shot eight times in the head. Was this a random strike, or was this a deliberately planned assassination?

Throughout the year of 1983, the Gang of Nijvel was very active. If indeed the Gang was the work of Group G, it must have involved the WNP of Paul Latinus, which he created back in early 1981. The WNP was the apparent successor of the Front de la Jeunesse, which had been exposed, along with the PDG-CEPIC et cetera in the 1981 State Security memo and had disbanded by 1983 when multiple members were convicted of being part of a private militia. On January 9, there was a robbery of a cab, with the taxi driver being killed, in Brussels. The cab was found all the way in Mons, which is not too far from Charleroi. On January 28, there was a theft of a Peugot at gunpoint. Then on February 11, an armed robbery of a supermarket in Rixensart took place. No one was killed, however, several people were wounded and less than $18,000 was stolen. The Gang had shot at an Audi 100, which while undergoing repairs in a garage, was stolen on February 22, but quickly abandoned. Three days later, an armed robbery took place at a supermarket in Uccle, on February 25. The Gang stole less than $16,000 and no one was killed. The next month, on March 3, there was another armed robbery of a supermarket and murder of one staff member in Halle, with less than $18,000 stolen. These robberies would continue and WNP has been heavily suspected, sense they carried out surveillance of gas stations and supermarkets.

Les Trois Canards

On May 7, an armed robbery of a supermarket in Houden-Gougnies took place and the Gang made off with no less than $22,000 without murdering anyone. Almost four months later, on September 10, there was an armed robbery and murder of a worker at a textile factory in Temse. Seven bullet-proof jackets were stolen. The place had reportedly just started manufacturing these jackets for the police, which was something not widely known. Seven days later, on September 17, 1983, the Gang robbed a store in the early hours. Despite the alarm having been triggered, they took the time to load twenty kilos of tea and coffee and 10 liters of cooking oil into the Saab turbo stolen on February 22. Two gendarmes arrived on the scene in response to the alarm and were shot at, resulting in one being killed and the other being seriously wounded. A couple had also pulled up in their Mercedes to a 24-hour self serve gas station next to the store the Gang was robbing; it is not clear if this happened before, during or after. However, the couple were murdered and their Mercedes and the Saab turbo were used as getaway vehicles. It just so happened that the murdered couple, Elise Dewit and Jacques Fourez were former members of the CEPIC, owners of a sex club and were believed to have been involved in organizing “the pink ballets”/child abuse parties. According to Dr. Andre Pinon, the couple Dewit-Fourez was in the possession of a video tape of the “pink ballets”. Delhaize personnel involvement in the “pink ballets” has also been alleged, according to gendarme Vermoesen. It has been stated that Fourez organized the “pink ballets” and a certain Leon Finne financed them. Dewit was reportedly in contact with Paul Latinus, someone threatened to reveal the true extent of the “Pinon” dossier. On October 2, 1983, the Gang held up a the restaurant Les trois Canards in Ohain. The owner, Jacques Van Camp was held outside and assassinated with a shot to the head afterward by the Gang and then they apparently stole two cars and maybe some money. The bullet that killed Van Camp was reportedly traced back to a Gendarme gun stolen two weeks earlier. Van Camp was also a former member of the CEPIC and is said to have been good friends with Fourez and Dewit, who often visited his restaurant. Van Camp has also been believed to have been equally involved in organizing the Pink Ballets. On October 7, there was an armed robbery of a Delhaize supermarket in Beersel, with less than $35,000 stolen, the manager shot dead and one employee injured.

Villa of the boats from above.

Late at night or in the very early morning sometime in October, 1983, appears to be when Chrissy (Christine Van Hees) was initiated into the network of X1. Around 2 a.m. at night, X1 was kicked out of bed by Tony, who hasty and silent drove her down to Brussels. He pushed her into a garage, apparently of the “villa-of-the-boats”, which had white tiles, hooks and rings built into the wall, artificial lights and radiators for heat. Candles were located in different places. There was a bunny in a cage, with seemingly fresh sawdust. Tony ordered X1 on her knees and then hand cuffed her wrists to one wring in the wall. He then caressed her head, opened the garage with a remote control, shut the lights off and left. X1 would have been there waiting for a long time after. Hours went by and she was forced to adapt to the difficult conditions of being in that position for so long. Despite the unbearable feelings that followed, X1 was able to go into a kind of sleep state or trance. Then someone came in and closed the gate, daylight came in and brought X1 out of her trance. It was “Joe”, Baron Benoît de Bonvoisin, who came with a key and freed X1 from the handcuffs. Her entire body started to feel like a thousand needles stabbing her. BdB smiled at X1’s agonizing pain. He grabbed her by the arm, but she fell down. She then crawled to his leg begging for mercy, in vain. BdB threatened to beat her if she didn’t get up. When she finally did, BdB kicked her legs out from under her and asked her who he was, to which X1 replied “My master”. Then he allowed her to go pee and afterward, BdB brought her back into the garage and handcuffed her, after he made X1 give him a blowjob anyway. Several hours passed until the abusers started arriving. Tony V., Michel Nihoul, Baron de Bonvoisin, Annie Bouty and two others were there. Then Tony released X1. Other victims were now present including a foreign eight-year-old girl, a boy of eleven or ten and Chrissy. Nihoul had blindfolded Chrissy, sat her down on a black leather bench, tied her wrists with leather straps to two rings on either side of her head and nicely told her that he would take care of her. Chrissy was apparently convinced it was only a game. Nihoul told her that today she would make her entrance into his group and that she would become an adult. Chrissy smiled but nervously clenched her fists. The initiation went by a specific scenario, which resembled a macabre satanic black mass, a bizarre show of men wearing capes and masks, the “Mistress” (Annie Bouty), fully dressed in leather including a mask, commanding the men to torture and abuse the children in certain ways. The goal was to terrify the children so much that they would not dare to talk about it; and to solidify the victim’s loyalty. According to X1, they were not satanists, but were using the ritual specifically to make the children keep their mouth shut and if they did open up to someone, they would sound totally crazy. Along with this, was the goal of gaining absolute control over Chrissy. They worked their way to the climax, which began with two abusers rolling a table with black leather into the middle of the room. They put the breaks on the wheels of the table, which was “the alter”. Tony led X1 to the table and made her lie down on top of it with her limbs spread out like a star. Baron de Bonvoisin took the white rabbit out of the cage and handed it to a man with a knife, who was standing over X1 and proceeded to slash open the rabbit with a single slice over her belly. At that moment the garage was completely silent and the children were terrified. The blood of the rabbit had also been dripped in a chalice. which Chrissy was made to drink, which symbolized that she took a vow of silence and protection of the group, for life. The message was clear, that if she talked her family would be in danger. From now on, Nihoul was her master, he told her. Chrissy nodded in agreement when asked if she promised lifelong loyalty to Nihoul and the group. Then Chrissy was allowed to go home. Afterwards, the other children were raped and abused. They showed child porn movies during the abuse. BdB chose a child snuff movie of a young girl and forced X1 to watch while he used a vibrator on her. Afterward, Tony would have taken her back home.

On December 1, 1983, there was an armed robbery of a jewelry shop in Anderlures. The owner’s wife was shot dead immediately and the husband attempted to defend himself with a pistol, but ended up also being shot dead. The Gang stole 3,000 euros worth of jewelry and destroyed a security camera before leaving in a stolen VW with a fake license plate. For some reason, the Gang of Nijvel disappeared for almost two years after this point.

The dead body of Paul Latinus was found on April 24, 1984, at the home of his girlfriend in Court-Saint-Etienne, after she notified the police. Officially, he had committed suicide by hanging. The girlfriend found him and cut the line between Latinus’ head and the ceiling. The police found him lying on the floor of the basement, with strangulation marks around his neck, but no signs of violence or disorder. A telephone cord that was cut and apparently used for the hanging was found, yet it could barely support half the weight of Latinus. When the girlfriend’s house was searched, she was interrogated and told the police that Latinus had been in the possession of the Pinon dossier (he had a lot of dirt on people as well), which had information on these “partouzes” with high-level people involving minors. She had burned the file after showing it to an acquaintance, who moved to Spain before the ‘suicide”, but he was never further questioned. Members of the WNP were apparently dumbfounded by the death of Latinus and believed that he had been assassinated. Afterwards the WNP apparently disappeared after disbanding.

According to victim-witness X2, Baron de Bonvoisin (and other notables) was a visitor of the notorious nightclub Le Mirano, in Brussels, where he was involved in child abuse parties at which cocaine was distributed. A major scandal broke out when in April 1984, a close relative of a prominent judge died from an overdose of drugs inside Le Mirano, resulting in a police investigation. The investigation not only uncovered evidence of drug possession and dealing, but also of a clandestine pedophile ring headed by Philippe Cryns and his partner Alexis Alewaeters. However, the prosecution and the judge decided to only focus on evidence of drug dealing, for which Cryns was sentenced to 3 years and Alewaeters to 5 years. Besides X2, male witness VM1 would later testify about his experience as a child prostitute for Cryns, Alewaeters was an associate of Annie Bouty and Michel Nihoul, a regular visitor of Le Mirano, via their law firm. Furthermore, Alewaeters’ lawyer for her trail became Didier de Quevy, who was close to Jean-Paul Dumont and would later become the lawyer of Marc Dutroux in the late 1980s. It also turns out that a man named Juan Mendez claimed that Le Mirano was they key to solving the Gang of Nijve case. Cryns was a member of the Cercle des Nations, which was located at Parc Savoy and counted leading members as Baron de Bonvoisin and Paul Vanden Boeynants. Baron de Bonvoisin was also a shareholder of Parc Savoy.

In a certain ‘Who’s Who in Europe’ from 1985, Baron de Bonvoisin is listed as having been a member of the AESP, on the advisory board of the Royal Institute of International Relations (RIIT), MAUE and a director of the Cercle des Nations. These are crucial NGOs, one involving the Liberal establishment and the rest the Conservative establishment; illustrating the superclass milieux Baron de Bonvoisin moved in. It also happened on August 11, 1985, that Jules Montel was murdered, shot several times in the head by killer’s not interested in stealing his money. Montel, a gambler, small time criminal and informant to a number of police services, was wanted by magistrate Claude Leroy to testify about his role as an informant regarding the Gang of Nijvel-related affairs right around his death. It turned out later that Montel had been in the possession of one of the weapons of Juan Mendez, who would would be murdered (apparently by Madani Bouhouche) in early 1986.

After almost two years of inactivity, the Gang of Nijvel struck again. On September 27, 1985, an armed robbery took place at the Delhaize supermarket in Braine-l’Alleud. Less than $6,000 was stolen, three people killed and two wounded. Between 15 and 25 minutes afterward, another armed robbery took place at a Delhaize supermarket in Overijse, resulting in less than $25,000 stolen, five people killed and one wounded. At some point in that night, the Gang murdered the already mentioned Léon Finne. This was the man who allegedly financed “pink ballets” organized by the Fourez, who was assassinated by the Gang back in 1983. Similar to the Dewit-Fourez couple being in possession of a video showing the “pink ballets”, Leon Finne allegedly made contact with a gendarme officer at the Brussel’s Court to watch a video, which allegedly was put away by the coveruper and Pink Ballets linked Jean Deprete in Nijvel. Furthermore, Finne was a former member of the CEPIC and director of Banque Copine back in 1973. Finne is said to have been a financier of illegal arms sales to Israel and Arab countries. Finne had also told Lt.-Col. Herman Vernaillen (who survived an assassination attempt, reportedly by Group G) back in 1980 that a silent fascist coup was ongoing in Belgium. Finne even named key players in the plot as being Paul Vanden Boeynants and Fernand Beaurir. Furthermore, as a result of these armed robberies, security was greatly increased in many stores around the region, including armed guards. Despite the increased security measures, the Gang struck again for the last time, on November 9, 1985, around 7:30 p.m. at a Delhaize supermarket in Aalst. Less than $25,000 was stolen, but, eight people were murdered and several others were seriously injured. One of those killed that night was Jan Palsterman, who was a business associate of the previously mentioned Leon Finne. The Gang of Nijvel was never seen again and the investigation into their crimes has never been solved.

It occurred between the time December 1985 to March 1986 that adjutant Guy Dussart (who testified about this on November 29, 1989, before a closed session of the parliamentary investigative committee in Belgium) of the BOB in Waverse was approached by two senior high nobility figures, who belonged to Opus Dei. The two noble Opusians explained to Dussart that at least 9 important members of Opus Dei together with several officers and generals of the gendarmerie and army were working to destabilize Belgium in order to transfer all power to King Baudouin. Dussart mentioned the same names as Herman Vernaillen (and Leon Finne), including General Beaurir and Paul Vanden Boeynants, who both reportedly belonged to Opus Dei. Furthermore, Dussart claimed some of the same figures involved in the aborted 1973 coup were involved in the coup prepared in the 1980s. Several meetings of the conspirators would have taken place at the Opus Dei owned Castle Dongelberg, a location pointed out by X2.

It would have occurred in mid 1986, that Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin would have attended a very important meeting, according to victim-witness X2, who had been invited by her pimp Olivier Castiaux. The meeting took place in a big villa with a swimming pool, located near a shopping center in Woluwe. Castiaux was one of the promoters and X2 had to help him. Although details about what happened at this meeting are not known, among those present included Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin, a Count d’Ursel (most certainly Herve), two brothers de Merode, a Prince and Princess de Chimay, a de Meeus, Comte Emmanuel de Lichtervelde, George Desir and a Carteuvels. Around 2-3 am, X2 left the villa.

De Bonvoisin listed with VdB and many others in the Balfroid and Bihay Gendarme dossier

In late 1986, two Gendarmes from Wavers, Franz Balfroid and Gerard Bihay, wrote a very interesting dossier on Opus Dei. Without going into details, Baron Benoît de Bonvoisin did feature in the dossier, almost certainly as a member. At the time of the report, the two gendarmes had been investigating the Gang of Nijvel case. By January 1988, the two gendarmes were demoted to traffic police at the recommendation of the seriously questionable Nijvel/Nivelles prosecutor Jean Depretre, his right-hand, the two gendarmes’ boss Jean-Luc Duterme and others at the top of the Gendarmerie.

Also in 1986, de Bonvoisin was convicted to one year in prison for his connection to the bankruptcy of the Boomse Metaalwerken. However, he would be acquitted over a decade later. De Bonvoisin was regularly convicted but later acquitted throughout his career.

Meanwhile, with the Gang of Nijvel investigation being stifled, Baron de Bonvoisin arranged the takeover of Batiments et Ponts, Ado Blaton’s company that was primarily responsible for building Parc Savoy, by the French firm Générale des Eaux in 1988. Apparently, it was business as usual while his close friend Paul Vanden Boeynants was still serving a suspended jail sentence for fraud and tax evasion.

At some point before April 1989, Baron de Bonvoisin allegedly met Patrick Haemers in Brazil, South America. It could have been pre-January 1989, before Haemers came from Brazil to Belgium in order to “kidnap” Paul Vanden Boeynants. Patrick was probably hiding out in Brazil since the late 1980s, because he had racked up numerous charges in Belgium. After releasing VdB, he and his gang would end up being extradited from Brazil back to Belgium, where they went to jail. De Bonvoisin is known to have visited Patrick and his girlfriend Denise Tyack at the jail Patrick was being held in. This may have occurred at some point in the early 1990s.

1990-Present: Protected

In April 1990, de Bonvoisin was arrested on suspicion of financial and fiscal tampering with the company CIDEP, which published the NEM magazine, and PDG. However, he would later be cleared. In May, De Bonvoisin’s castle was searched by the gendarmerie during the CIDEP affair.

During the year 1990, examining magistrate Freddy Troch reopened some of the Gang of Nijvel documents and began looking into its political connections. Troch became interested in certain individuals, among them Frans Reyniers and Baron de Bonvoisin. However, Troch was warned and subsequently kicked off the case by Justice Melchior Wathelet, the one who would be responsible for the release of Marc Dutroux. from prison.

Interestingly, in November 1990, a good friend and frequent security consultant and Ardennes neighbor of de Bonvoisin, André Moyen, who was a former member of SDRA8, claimed that the Belgian stay-behind network was not only anti-communist, but that it fought subversion of the state in general. This is an interesting statement, in light of Freddy Troch’s obstructed investigation into the Gang of Nijvel and the Belgian State Security memo that exposed the BdB-PDG-CEPIC-FJ connection. Add on top of that BdB’s NGO associations, such as Le Cercle, AESP, MAUE, CEDI and Opus Dei; there are serious suspicions(largely confirmed) that all of these interests were linked together and involved in sinister activities. With all the connections to intelligence, Operation Gladio/Stay-Behind, mysterious organizations and child abuse networks, this is a reasonable suspicion.

On May 14, 1993, Patrick Haemers was found dead having hung himself with a radio cord in his jail cell. He had also left a suicide note. This took place after he had been transferred to another prison while undergoing withdraws and his fellow gang members making an escape. However, some suspect an assassination of some kind may have taken place. For the following quote, it is important to know that Etienne Delhuvenne was Patrick’s attorney for ten years:

“Has [Patrick] Haemers worked for [Leon] Deferm? [Note: Deferm mentioned in ATLAS dossier, just as Patrick’s other lawyer Michel Vander Elst]

Delhuvenne: (uncomfortable silence)

“Did he mention the name Deferm to you?

Delhuvenne: (again a silence, and then, afraid) ‘I don’t think it is important at this point to mention names. The question is: Why did this or that person give this or that assignment to do that? …

Delhuvenne: Also to me Patrick has denied the majority of the hold-ups that he was accused of. The ones he did do, indeed were ‘assignments’, he claimed. You don’t believe that they did these robberies with the four or five of them? To pull off something like that you need an army of accomplices! Well-placed accomplices. And then it is also logical that the majority of the revenues had to be distributed among a lot of people. Everyone worked on a cut, including those that gave the assignment.’

The kidnapping of Paul Vanden Boeynents, has that also been an assignment?

Delhuvenne: ‘Absolutely. Patrick told me that they received 15 million in advance to do that. That seems logical to me. If your name in Patrick Haemers, you don’t come flying back all the way from Brazilian paradise to kidnap VDB just for the heck of it? Such a risky operation, which really is doomed to fail! Believe me, something like that you only do if you are paid for it well in advance, and when you get the guarantee that nothing will happen to you. … When we went over the background of the kidnapping, Patrick said: ” Before we bring this out, VDB has to be informed. … He called him a sympathetic old fox.

Achille Haemers: ‘And they have been sitting merrily around the table, there in Le Touquet [where VDB was held during his kidnapping]. With their masks off…’ … [Deferm may have visited Haemers in jail because he was travelling to Costa Rica and all over South America …

Delhuvenne: When Denise Tyack [Haemers’ girlfriend, a prostitute with an Israeli background] came out of the jail at one point, where she had been visiting Patrick, Benoit de Bonvoisin was waiting for her. That has been in the newspapers. … I asked [Patrick] if he wasn’t shocked by that [the reports]. “Why?” he said. “I know that guy. I met him in Brazil.” …

Delhuvenne: … I asked him a couple of times: “Patrick, aren’t you afraid that they kill you here in this prison when they find out what you are planning to do?” Each time he answered: “They wouldn’t dare.” Back then I already wasn’t sure if that was a right assessment. And now I am completely convinced that Patrick fundamentally underestimated the true nature of his principals.”

-(Source: December 1993, Humo magazine, interview with Etienne Delhuvenne en Achille Haemers, ISGP translation)

As can be seen with the quotes above, Baron de Bonvoisin met Denise Tyack and likely Patrick Haemers while he was in jail in the early 1990s. Additionally, Patrick may have met de Bonvoisin in Brazil apparently in the late 1980s before the kidnapping of VdB.

On June 7 1995, BdB was effectively sentenced to three years in prison, and he definitely had to think of a legal defense, which would come several years later. Also in the year 1995, it appears that de Bonvoisin was actively trying to spread disinformation about his enemies being KGB agents in order to prove a vast left wing conspiracy against himself. This would all come out in several years. Clearly, de Bonvoisin was still just like the Le Cercle attendees over the years, such as Brian Crozier, always blaming the KGB and attacking communism, or using it to justify extreme measures to counter it.

Around August or September 1996, Baron de Bonvoisin began to interfere with the Dutroux investigation, likely as a result of the X-dossiers implicating him in child abuse, torture and murder networks. Around this time is likely when de Bonvoisin invited a number of Dutroux-Nihoul investigators to his castle. During this meeting he called up Michel Bourlet, head of the overall Dutroux-Nihoul investigation, to make an appointment with him. Bourlet scheduled a meeting with BdB for the following day, but never had the intention to actually show up and indeed he did not.

In October 1996, de Bonvoisin’s sentence of three years was upped to five years by an appeal. Obviously, de Bonvoisin opposed this judgment. However, on April 18, 1997, he was sentenced by the Court of Appeal in Brussels to 3 years prison and a fine of 500,000 francs. He appealed on this decision and was later let go. This is no surprise because BdB had been accused and convicted of a number of a crimes throughout his career, but was always later acquitted.

On October 14, 1997, the Gang Commission made a report for the Belgian Parliament dealing with an investigation into ex-gendarme officers between 1976 and 1990. Part of that report was about Lydia Montaricourt and her possible blackmail. It was stated that Baron de Bonvoisin handled some of this material and showed it to certain members of the Gang Commission.

“In his next testimony – one day later – Peeles made several other remarks about the investigation: He said to be in the possession of information that Montaricourt would have given films or video tapes to be stored at her councellor, and that another tape would be kept at a notary in Brussels; this one would have been handed to [the notary] by [Baron Benoît] de Bonvoisin who would have taken pictures based on this video, which was shown to certain members of the “Gang Commission”.”

In December 1997, de Bonvoisin accused inspector De Baets of having overstepped his authority back in May 1990, while searching his castle during the CIDEP affair. Although De Baets was involved in that case, the actual search of the baron’s house had been conducted by a colleague of De Baets. This was just one of many attempts to defame De Baets by de Bonvoisin and his friends, like Andre Moyen. This was all quite apparently part of the coverup of the X-dossiers, which De Baets played a crucial role in by interviewing victim-witness X1, who accused de Bonvoisin and some of his close associates of sadistic child abuse. By the year 2000, De Baets was acquitted and it was acknowledged that he conducted his investigation properly, but this was apparently no reason to reopen the X-dossiers investigation. Also, in May 2000, de Bonvoisin was cleared of crimes in connection to the bankruptcy of the Boomse Metaalwerken. There was apparently no evidence against him with the CIDEP affair and the facts regarding PDG were barred because of how long ago it took place.

In March 5, 2003, Baron Benoît de Bonvoisin, his brother Pierre de Bonvoisin, Christian Amory and Eric Van de Weghe went to the Brussels penal judge in relation to a scandal surrounding forged KGB documents, which were used to label de Bonvoisin’s enemies as agents of the KGB and conspirators in a left wing plot to defame de Bonvoisin and associate him with the far right. His main target with these bogus KGB documents was to attack Albert Raes, BdB’s arch-nemesis, the head of Belgian State Security from ‘77-‘90 and largely responsible for the leaked memo back in ‘81. Some more details:

“According to De Bonvoisin State Security falsely associated him with the extreme- right and this was part of a conspiracy set up by Raes. During a trial at which De Bonvoisin were accused of blackmail and swindling, the baron provided the Court with documents that should have provided proof of that conspiracy. It was about several affidavits of intelligence agents who would have been witness to the conspiracy. The intelligence agents turned out not to exist and all reports turned out to be forged. The report that went the furthest was the ‘Mullican report’ in which a name with similar name of British Intelligence wrote down that a certain Alexander Vialavitch, an agent of the KGB, has testified that Raes since 1981 has worked for the Russian intelligence agency KGB. Raes would have received 1,1 million dollar for that. In this case also it were forged documents and fictional person. According to the correctional judge De Bonvoisin knowingly used the documents to tarnish the reputations of Raes and of magistrates who have opposed the ‘black baron’ … Jean-Francois Godbille for example…”

-(December 10, 2009, De Standaard, ‘Documenten over ‘KGB- spion’ Albert Raes vervalst’ (‘Documents about ‘KGB-spy’ Albert Raes have been forged’))

When this came out in trial, Baron de Bonvoisin was unable to attend because he had suffered from a brain hemorrhage, over a year ago in 2008. But the co-conspirators (clearly) Christian Amory and Eric Van de Weghe were sentenced in 2009 to prison for sometime, because they had “sold” these bogus documents to Baron de Bonvoisin, and ordered to pay a fine for morale damages.

In 2011, de Bonvoisin demanded substantial compensation for being unjustly monitored by the Belgian state. He demanded 6.25 million euros, ironically, apparently for morale damages. About four years later, State Security was ordered to pay 100,000 euros in damages to de Bonvoisin. However, State Security appealed against this. As far as I understand the situation, the legal battle between him and Raes is still ongoing and pending on appeal.

Everything leading up to now is basically all that is known about Baron Benoît de Bonvoisin’s life. Seeking damages of 10,000 euros, age 81, de Bonvoisin has taken the Ghent University to court over a master’s thesis, which he claimed falsely described him as an ally of Paul Latinus’ Westland New Post. De Bonvoisin’s lawyer Tom Bauwens argued that de Bonvoisin had already been cleared several times of the charges made against him in the thesis.

Connections reviewed

To begin an overview of Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin and his connections is almost like writing another entire article. With the connections confronted with the Lippens brothers article, de Bonvoisin’s equal number of numerous connections are actually more important to explore further in depth for a few reasons. One is the connection to Christine Van Hees (via her initiation according to X1), thus putting him close in proximity to Marc Dutroux and Bernard Weinstein, who may have been the one who introduced Christine to Nihoul, or played a go-between role. Another reason would be the strong connections of de Bonvoisin to the “Vatican-Paneuropa Network”, which is essentially part of the “Conservative establishment” and closely connected to intelligence. While there are connections to the Liberal establishment, and a little bit less closer the Zionist establishment, the Vatican-Paneuropa Network is crucial to the network revealed by the X-dossiers and this is probably the most important reason to dive a bit deeper into this direction. These connections to what appears to be a Supranational Network are vital to this investigation and deserve extensive investigation, even more so than what is presented in this article alone.

A good place to begin examining all of these connections is the family de Bonvoisin itself. Apparently, the family traces back to landed gentry through Jacquemin de Benselin and going back to either the Rechain or Hogue families. In the 1600s, the de Bonvoisin family developed the textile industry in Verviers and held positions in public office there. Is it by coincidence that Jean-Michel Nihoul would be born in Verviers and start his career off there, before moving to Brussels in the late 1960s? Connections between Nihoul and Benoit de Bonvoisin will be explored further later in this section. Skipping over the 18th and 19th centuries, Pierre de Bonvoisin was born in 1903, in Belgium. This is the father of Benoit de Bonvoisin and he is an important figure to examine here.

Around the 1920s to 1930s, Pierre de Bonvoisin married a daughter of Alexandre Galopin, who was an influential figure in the Belgian economy. Galopin was born back in 1879, in Ghent and his father was a professor at a university. Pursuing a career in business, in 1913, he became managing director of Fabrique National d’Armes de Guerre (FN), which was involved in manufacturing firearms. However, Galopin championed its development into an important automobile manufacturer in Belgium. By 1935, Galopin became the governor of the Société Générale de Belgique (SGdB), which is a crucial connection. The SGdB has already been covered by this author in connection with Count Maurice Lippens:

“The Lippens family was one of Belgium’s major aristocratic families to take over Société Générale de Belgique, which used to be the Société Générale des Pays-Bas since its founding in 1822 by King William I of Orange and until the Belgian revolution of 1830. Its purpose since its founding was financing the growth of the Belgian economy, becoming a major bank in Belgium and a central pillar of its industry. Other families that had taken over the SGdB include de Merode, de Meeus, Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, Janssen, Boël and Solvay, with the Vatican bank (IOR) also holding stock. Eventually, William I of Orange let go of the bank. The bank controlled anywhere between 25 and 50 percent of Belgium’s manufacturing industry. [Many decades later], in 1988, the French Suez group took over the SGdB and with that a large chunk of Belgium’s economy. Viscount Etienne Davignon became chairman until 2001 and Count Maurice Lippens became the bank’s vice-chairman. Etienne and Maurice were fellow Benedictines and there families had known each other already. They got to know each other well running the SGdB together in the late 1980s and became close partners in their business and globalization agenda. It is also interesting to note, since Maurice [and Davignon] attended Bilderberg, that the father of Baron [Benoît] de Bonvoisin, Pierre, served as a director of the SGdB and attended… four [of the five first] Bilderberg meeting during his time in that position. Pierre’s father-in-law, BdB’s maternal grandfather, Alexandre Galopin served as a governor of the SGdB.”

So with that having been briefly reviewed, let’s get back to Galopin. After the Nazis invaded Belgium and during their occupation, Galopin was made the chairman of an informal group called the “Galopin Committee”, which was set up by the Belgian government shortly before they left the country. The committee has been described as a sort of “Belgian shadow government”, which convened senior figures in the Belgian economy as major holdings companies, banks and industry to decide a common stance on economic and social issues and was able to effectively set rules for dealing with the occupying German administration. One of the members of the committee was a member of the Janssen family and a chairman of the SGdB. As head of the committee, Alexandre Galopin had so much power and influence within the Belgian WWII economy that the Nazis nicknamed him the “Uncrowned King of Belgium”. Shortly before the ending of WWII, but after Nazi occupation, Galopin is said to have gained a list of industrialists who had worked with the Nazis. Then in 1944, Nazi collaborator Robert Jan Verbelen ordered members of the paramilitary group De Vlag to assassinate him, which they succeeded.

Returning to Pierre de Bonvoisin, he was specially appointed as an economics professor at the Catholic University of Louvain, likely around the 1930s or 1940s, if not than the 1950s. This university is very interesting because it pops up all over the place surrounding this line of research. At least three individuals on the Galopin committee were involved with the university, for example. The three men were Fernand Collin (professor at Catholic University of Leuven); Albert-Edouard Janssen (studied law and diplomatic sciences at C.H. Leuven); and Emile van Dievoet (professor at KU Leuven). Although the Catholic universities of Louvain and Leuven are now split on linguistic lines between the French and the Flemish and Dutch, they trace their origins to the original university in Belgium. It is likely around the late 1950s to early 1960s that Benoit de Bonvoisin became a student of the Catholic University of Louvain, eventually graduating in philosophy, which appears to have been the universities main course, with such a motto as “The seat of wisdom”.

Interestingly, Pierre de Bonvoisin became a director of the previously mentioned Societe Generale de Belgique from 1951 to 1962. While Pierre held this position in the SGdB, he attended the original Bilderberg meeting in the Netherlands, anno 1954 and subsequently the meetings of late ‘55, ’56 and ’57. For the sake of understanding, each of these four meetings will be briefly analyzed with a focus on peculiar connections. But, before we delve into the Bilderberg connection, there is a something important in the background. Before the 1950s, or around the early ’50s, Pierre de Bonvoisin was the treasurer of the Union of European Federalists (UEF), which was part of the larger European Movement that has been calling for a United States of Europe and essentially total European integration as the next step for the future of Europe. Today we have the European Union, but this was preceded by the beginning a movement for European unity with the first March for Europe in 1941. The federalist, and EU founding father, Altiero Spinelli wrote a manifesto with a fellow prisoner at the time in early 1940s entitled “Toward a free and united Europe”. By early 1945 a first conference on European Federation was held in Paris. The goal was the creation of an inter-state system (European Federation) in order to preserve peace after WWII, which ended in late 1945. In September 1946, “militant federalists” from around Europe met in Switzerland with the idea of forming a movement. Also in September, Winston Churchill gave a speech at the University of Zurich in Switzerland, where he called for the unification of Europe.

Congress of Europe meets at The Hague, Netherlands, in May 1948. UEF flag in background.

Although these efforts were pathing the path for the creation of the European Union, there was an older movement for the unification of Europe. Back in 1923, Comte Richard Coudenhove Kalergi founded the Paneuropa Union (PEU) and served as life president, with Archduke Otto von Habsburg as vice-president. Kalergi set up the Interparliamentary Union, which was a debating forum for members of parliament from various countries. However, going back to 1946, the Union of European Federalists was established on December 15th. The following year, the first UEF Congress was held in August, in Montreux, Switzerland. The federalists idea sought to reduce State sovereignty, in favor of a specifically European federation, or a “United States of Europe”, as Churchill said. In July 1947, the United European Movement (UEM) acted as a coordination body for organization created after WWII, which called for unifying the whole of Europe and included the earlier mentioned UEF. The name of the UEM was changed in November to The Joint International Committee for European Unity, until the Council of Europe met at The Hauge in the Netherlands, in May 1948. The Hague Congress (Congress of Europe) was organized by Jozef Retinger and chaired by Winston Churchill. Other participants included Queen Juliana and Prince Bernhard of Orange, Paul van Zeeland, Jean Monnet, Robert Schuman, Paul-Henri Spaak and Alcide de Gasperi. On October 25, 1948, the European Movement was formally created. The President was elected to be Duncan Sandys, while the elected honorary Presidents included Winston Churchill, Alcide de Gasperi, Paul-Henri Spaak and Leon Blum. In 1948, the American Committee on United Europe (ACUE) was established as a result of Kalergi, Retinger and Churchill making requests for assistance. The first chairman of the ACUE was William “Wild Bill” Donovan, the vice-chairman being Allen Dulles and Walter Bedell Smith sat on the board. Its objective was to counter communism in Europe by promoting Europe integration. So, the ACUE, which was financed by the Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation and CIA, in turn funded the European Movement of Jozef Retinger, Winston Churchill and Duncan Sandys.

The most powerful group within the European Movement was the Union of European Federalists (UEF), which held its second UEF Congress in Rome, Italy, from November 6, to November 11, 1948. Paul Vanden Boeynants, who had been flirting with fascist and Nazi groups, was among the five Belgian represented at the second Congress. This is interesting with all the CIA activity in Italy and the connections of Giulio Andreotti back to the AESP later on. But, what is very interesting, is that Vanden Boeynants met Pierre de Bonvoisin through his involvement with the UEF, of which Pierre was a treasurer. By the 1950s, according to victim-witness X3, Vanden Boeynants was involved in an extremely horrendous child and infant abuse, torture and murder network, which involved Belgian royalty and many influential people. This close association with the movement for European integration is very interesting, especially with the connections between the Liberal and Conservative establishments.

Back in the early 1950s, Josef Retinger is said to have approached Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, Dr. Paul Rykens and Paul van Zeeland with the idea of organizing some unofficial and private meetings to discuss the difficulties and dangers that were worrying to these people at the time. Retinger’s intention was to invite influential and dependable people, who were respected by those working in the fields of national and international affairs and whose personal contacts with men at the top of public activity could help get these difficulties solved. Retinger then organized a meeting with a larger group of friends in Paris in 1952 and discussed what could be done to improve American-European relations. On this ’52 committee to organize the first Bilderberg Conference were men as Pierre de Bonvoisin, Antoine Pinay, Andre Voisin, Hermann Josef Abs and George W. Ball. At this meeting, Paul van Zeeland suggested setting up a corresponding group in the US, which was agreed on. Retinger organized a US contingent, under John S. Coleman. Together with people in contact with Retinger, they organized the guests list for the 1954 conference. Invitations were sent out in mid April, 1954, and took place at the Hotel de Bilderberg in Oosterbeek, Netherlands, from May 29th to June 1st, with meetings going on in the morning and afternoon. According to the Bilderberg website, which may leave things out, the topics covered included the following:

  • The attitude towards communism and the Soviet Union
  • The attitude towards dependent areas and peoples overseas
  • The attitude towards economics policies and problems
  • The attitude towards European integration and the European Defence Community

These are interesting themes to begin with. Communism became such an incredible menace, and was the impetus for the setting up Operation Gladio. The CIA did so much to work against communism and this could be an entire article by itself. Colonialism would also play such an important role, throughout history, but also with CIA coups, apartheid South Africa, the Belgian Congo, just some examples. The subject of economics is also interesting because Pierre was a professor of economics and one of the American speakers on economic problems at the conference was David Rockefeller, who would later meet Benoit. Furthermore, the subject of European union is also interesting, since the EU would be headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, along with NATO. As we already know, both Pierre and Paul Vanden Boeynants were both involved in Retinger’s European Movement. In total, around 68 men attended the original ’54 Bilderberg meetings, all from Europe and the USA, including about 20 businessmen, 25 politicians, 5 financiers and 4 academicians. There were six Belgians present, including Pierre de Bonvoisin. The five other Belgians were the lawyer Jean Drapier, Roger Motz, Etienne de la Valle Poussin, Jean Willems and Paul van Zeeland. There were many others of influence that attended this first Bilderberg meeting. Men from nobility as the British Conservatives Ralph Assheton, Robert Boothby or industrialist Harry Pilkington. There were other men who had been contacted by Jozef Retinger when he was first setting up Bilderberg such as Max Brauer, Hugh Gaitskell, Colin Gubbins, Rudolf Mueller and Paul Rijkens. Guy Mollet, Panagiotis Pipinelis and Pietro Quaroni accepted their invitations, but were eventually unable to attend. Some of these men and others would serve on the Bilderberg Steering Committee, such as Oliver S. Franks, Gaitskell, Gubbins, Leif Hoegh, Paul Rijkens, Terkel Terkelsen and Vittorio Valletta. Former and future prime ministers as Alcide de Gasperi (unable to attend; The Hague Congress particiapant), Panagiotis Kanellopoulos, Mollet (was eventiually unable to attend), Pipinelis (unable to attend) and others previously mentioned. There were also academicians present as the Swiss Denis de Rougemont [European Cultural Foundation, co-founder with Prince Bernhard], and several others of standing. The fact that Pierre was present at this meeting and the connections back to the major establishments are incredibly interesting. Based on the meeting of 1954, there are clearly visible ties back to NGOs centered around international relations, as part of the Liberal establishment. We saw the many members of the CFR from the USA side and two members of the AIIA from the Belgian and USA sides. This aspect will be explored more in a bit. However, there were also several individuals involved with the Conservative establishment, and even the “Vatican-Paneuropa Network”. One was Antoine Pinay (accepted invite, but unable to attend until Oct. ’55 meeting, had been involved in ’52 meetings), the figurehead founder of Le Cercle, which David Rockefeller would attend. Pinay became an honorary member of the Knights of Malta and was either a member of, or if not, influenced by Opus Dei. Andre Voisin and Giovanni Malagodi were involved with the AESP, Paul van Zeeland and Ole Bjorn Kraft were high level in the PEU. The connections are very interesting with Bilderberg, which will continue to come up, but might be treated more in depth in another article. However, the next few meeting attended by Pierre de Bonvoisin will be summarized here. There were also two attendees of the ’54 meeting, who would become members of the 1001 Club (mentioned in previous article), such as Henry J. Heinz II and David Rockefeller, in addition to, the 1970, 1001 Club founder Prince Bernhard. Also, a few attendees are known to have been members of the Pilgrims Society, such as David Rockefeller, Heinz II, Bingham, and George W. Ball. There are many connections to the three or four major establishments, with the Zionist element perhaps to be covered later.

About ten months after this first meeting in the Netherlands at Hotel de Bilderberg, a second meeting was held in Barbizon, France, in March 1955. After reviewing progress since the first meeting, communism and the Soviet threat were heavily discussed during the first meetings, followed by the people on the fence about communism or what to do about the Soviet Union threat and economic factors. In attendance were important names as Prince Bernhard, Jozef Retinger, Antoine Pinay (who missed the ’54 meeting and the second meeting later in ’55), Paul van Zeeland, Andre Voisin, Ole Bjorn Kraft, George W. Ball. Other CFR members who attended the 1954 meeting were present, along with the British Denis Healey, the Swiss Denis de Rougemont, the Americans H.J. Heinz II, McGhee and others, some new attendees included the German Otto Wolff von Amerongen and some that were unable to attend the 1954 meeting, such as Pinay. For space, description of this meeting will be kept short since Pierre did not attend. But, it is interesting that a place near Paris, France, was chosen.

A third meeting, about five months after the second meeting, was held from Friday 23 – Sunday 25 September 1955, which Pierre attended. At this point the private and unofficial conference was given a name, the “Bilderberg Group”, named after the hotel of the original ’54 meeting. The third conference took place in far-southern Germany, close to the border of Austria, in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, at the Grand Hotel Sonnenbichl. As usual, Communism and the Soviet Union were central early on and throughout the meetings. NATO and atomic energy were discussed, followed by European unification, the economic aspects of which would have likely been of interest to Pierre. It was agreed by essentially everyone present that Germany needed to reunify quickly and the entirety of Europe needed closer unification. Economic issues were also discussed, which was Pierre’s field. Listed topics include:

  • Review of events since the Barbizon Conference
  • Article 2 of NATO
  • The political and strategic aspects of atomic energy
  • The reunification of Germany
  • European unity
  • The industrial aspects of atomic energy
  • Economic problems

  • – The political aspects of convertibility
  • – Expansion of international trade

On European unity a crucial point was made that on the economic front, with the European Coal and Steel Community of the EDC having already been established, a point by some European participants that it might be better to set up a common market in Europe via treaties instead of the creation of a high authority, which could be disruptive. Some speakers took the view that the creation of some kind of high authority was essential to a common market. There seemed to be a lot of enthusiasm as to the potential use of atomic energy, but this topic was followed by the major economic problems of the time, something which Pierre certainly would have had interest. However, shortly after the third Bilderberg meeting in Germany, Der Spiegel published a report about the meeting on October 5, naming a few of the attendees and publishing Bilderberg’s official press statement. This caused more discretion with subsequent meetings. For example, the 1956 Bilderberg meeting conference report has not been leaked. Possibly as a result of the Der Spiegel article, even the 1956 participants list appears to have not surfaced, contrary to what the website Wikispooks claims. On the page for the 1956 meeting of Wikispooks, it is claimed that a full participants list was found among the papers of Hugh Gaitskell. A purported picture of the first page is provided, but this appears to be from the book about the history of the Bilderberg Group, until that point, published by Jozef Retinger in August 1956. It is possible to single out the new names, but even then you are left guessing on the others. There does not appear to be any very significant new additions to the list, so for this reason, the 1956 meeting won’t be covered as in depth. It is known that the ‘56 meeting took place in Fredensborg, Denmark. For the meeting a paper was prepared by Richard A. Gard entitled Asia and the west in the free world. As usual, they discussed the developments since the last meeting in Germany. The growth of anti-Western blocs specifically in the United Nations was discussed, however, the rest of the topics were about the Western relationships and interactions with the Asian countries and China. On another note, although this may have never been mentioned at the meeting, from the early 1950s to early 1960s, the CIA was covertly supporting the KMT (Chinese guerrilla force, pro-Chiang Kai-shek) through the Civil Air Transport (which would become Air America) and the Sea Supply Corporation, to divert attention of Mao’s communist forces from Korea and Taiwan. Unmarked CAT and SSE planes were flying supplies and guerrillas out of Taiwan, while similar unmarked planes flew opium to Thailand, where CIA asset General Phao Stiyanond (of the CIA-financed Thai national police) would have insured that the drugs ended up in Bangkok nightlife. This was part of the development of what became the “Golden Triangle” opium trafficking network. Additionally, an opium trafficking network called “Operation X” was being run by the French army, to fund covert operations during the French Indochina War (Vietnam). This French Operation X was overseen, from 1952 to the end of the war in 1954, by General Raoul Salan, who became a general of the CIA-supported OAS. In 1956, Salan served as commander in chief of the French forced in Algeria, retiring soon after. Salan supported French leader Charles De Gaulle, until as President, De Gaulle came out in support of the public’s desire for allowing Algeria independence in 1961. As a result, Salan founded the OAS, which carried out terrorist attacks to derail French-Algerian peace talks and reignite the war. The OAS also made multiple assassination attempt on De Gaulle, which all failed, except for on close call. Partly, through the Gehlen Org, the CIA was deeply involved with the OAS, apparently pushing and backing opposition to USA President Kennedy, whose assassination in 1963 and Lee Harvey Oswald himself had links to a network in New Orleans, Louisiana, involved groups accused of direct involvement in financing various OAS assassination attempt on De Gaulle.

In attendance were also familiar names as Paul Rijkens, Denis de Rougemont, Otto Wolff von Amerongen, the Belgian Jean Drapier, Rudolf Mueller, Guy Mollet, Walker L. Cisler, Etienne de la Vallee Poussin, among others. There were many people from the last two meetings present. Several Americans from the CFR, with the next addition to that list being Paul G. Hoffman. Several Germans from the Atlantik-Brucke were in attendance. The men associated with the Vatican-Paneuropa network as Ole Bjorn Kraft, Malagodi and Paul van Zeeland were present. However, there were two interesting new individuals, who reportedly attended together and didn’t make it on the conference report participants list. These two were (allegedly) Franz Jozef Strauß and Reinhard Gehlen. This is incredibly interesting because these two individuals attended Le Cercle of Antoine Pinay, with whom Strauß was a founding member. Both Strauß and Pinay appeared in an Opus Dei dossier, which interestingly tied with the talk of coup plots to destabilize Belgium as a part of Operation Gladio and the CIA’s “Strategy of Tension”, both of which Gehlen was tied through the Gehlen Org. Gehlen, and certainly the members of Le Cercle, worked endlessly to feed fears of a growing Communist threat in Europe and America. This helped get the USA involved in the fight against communism. It was Gehlen who had proposed the idea of Stay-Behind armies to defend against the communist threat to Allen Dulles, who sought out these meetings and was very much in favor of the idea. It also had happened back in 1943 that Allen Dulles became a member of the Knights of Malta and would become involved with the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), which is said to have sought interventionism in the name of protecting democracy; a principle that apparently played a crucial role in Allen’s Operation Gladio/Stay-Behind, with which he was also assisted by the spook James Jesus Angleton (ASC and AFIO). On behalf of the USA and backing from Army intelligence G-2, the Gehlen Organization was deployed to oversee and manage the preexisting “Werewolves”/”Gladiators”, with the additional task of making efforts to acquire more recruits.

One interesting thing to note is that according to alleged quotes of Robert Crowley, in the 1950s, Allen Dulles set up a secret training center for “young agents” at Camp Peary near a place of the CIA and Jim Critchfield, who is a known attendee of Le Cercle. This training center was essentially for pedophiles working for the CIA, it was a Pedophile Academy, they called “the Farm”, where graduates were trained to “seduce, molest and, most importantly, photograph the children of targets” with which to blackmail their families. Apparently the place was broken up after a graduate had sex with the son of a CIA Deputy Director. It was also claimed that the CIA had been setting up homosexual pedophile blackmail fronts on P Street in Washington, D.C., with which many public officials were reportedly being blackmailed by the CIA. Furthermore, the CIA began mind control experiments, including MKULTRA and its many splinter experiments, such as Subproject X, which dealt with sexual blackmail. This is important to make note of because Benoît de Bonvoisin was connected to the CIA and was close to pedophile blackmail operations in Belgium through the 1970s and 1980s, which involved pimps with an uncanny degree of knowledge about how to utilize MPD/DID in their victims. One example would be Tony Van Den Bogaert, who bragged about being friends with de Bonvoisin and acted as the pimp of X1, whose MPD he exploited. A particularly interesting fact to note along these lines, which could be a coincidence, involves the Dutch connection. Tony, who took classes on child psychology and read books on the subject, is known to have had underworld connections to the Netherlands. Dutch intelligence agent Cees van den Heuvel, who appears to have played a key role in setting up the Dutch Gladio/“Stay-Behind” network, cooperated with Carl Armfelt from the late 1950s to late 1985. Interestingly, Armfelt was closely associated with the “stay-behind operations” in the Netherlands and Belgium, and may have known or had some kind of knowledge of Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin, someone Tony van den Bogaert bragged being a good friend of his and was involved with pedophile blackmail operation, fully aware of how to utilize MPD. Van den Heuvel would also visit the Human Ecology Fund and then set up a branch in the Netherlands. This fund was funded by the CIA and linked to MKULTRA. Louis Jolyon West received funds from the CIA through the Fund. West was later contacted by the CIA and he proposed to them papers entitled “Psychophysiological Studies of Hypnosis and Suggestibility” with an accompanying document titled “Studies of Dissociative States”. It also happens that Cees van den Heuvel is confirmed to have been a member of the AESP.

Getting back to Bilderberg, the fifth meeting took place in February 1957, and also happened to be the first meeting in St. Simons Island, Georgia, USA, at the King and Prince Hotel. There were several interesting new attendees to this meeting, although Pierre was not present. Some of these new individuals included David Astor, McGeorge Bundy, Arthur H. Dean, Per Jacobsson, Henry Kissinger, Arthur Hays Sulzberger and Eugene R. Black, also John McCloy, who was unable to attend. A few of the familiar names present included Antoine Pinay, Paul van Zeeland, David Rockefeller, Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, Jozef Retinger, George Ball, Denis Healey, H, J. Heinz II, Otto Wolff von Amerongen, Paul Rijkens, Leif Hoegh, C. D. Jackson, Rudolf Mueller and many others, such as multiple members of the CFR and Georges Malagodi, who was unable to attend. Without going into these men’s backgrounds, the agenda will be briefly examined. As usual, the event since the fourth meeting were discussed. An effort was made to dispel any misunderstandings. This was followed by the discussion on nationalism and neutralism being a problem in the Western Alliance. One participants emphasized that the United Nations was not a world government, but a convening of world opinion, capable promoting mutual understanding and negotiation. In the following day, the Middle East was a central topic, followed by European alliance policies, especially regarding military strategy, reunification of Germany and Eastern Europe, where the participants sought ideas on ways to liberate the satellite countries. A press statement was released in New York on February 18, 1957, which was a bit longer than the previous statements. It stated as usual that the Bilderberg Group did not seek conclusion on or recommendations for policy changes, but rather that it promoted “better understanding and more effective co-ordination among the Western nations in dealing with common problems.” Examples were given as to how this agenda was successfully accomplished. The meeting was definitely focused in on the Western’s relations in the Middle East and this aspect of the front against the Soviet Union.

From October 4-6, 1957, the Bilderberg Group held their sixth conference in Fiuggi, which is located south eat of Rome, Italy. Pierre de Bonvoisin attended for his last Bilderberg conference, however, this time his name appeared on the participants list as Baron Pierre, sense he had been awarded a barony earlier that year. There were many other important persons in attendance, but the topics discussed were very critical for the time. The topics included:

  1. Survey of developments since the last Bilderberg Conference.
  2. Modern Weapons and disarmament in relation to Western security.
  3. Are existing political and economic mechanisms within the Western Community adequate?

The first day began with the major events that had transpired that year since the last meeting. The situation with the Soviet Union was first up, with the situation of Khrushchev. They also continued the discussion on the Middle East, followed by the problem of inflation and the European Common Market, which are topics that Pierre certainly would have had input or interest. The second main topic would have been of interest to Baron Pierre, sense it dealt with the adequacy of political and economic institution in the Western Community. Much of the discussion in this regard dealt with the role and capability of NATO, as well as the third topic. The last day was spent on technological progress and armament strategies and what NATO had in this. It would have been unanimously agreed that all out thermo-nuclear war should be avoided, so as to not destroy the human race. There were many interesting in attendance, which included:

  • Baron Pierre de Bonvoisin: See above

Oct. ’57, Bilderberg Group participant’s list

As can be seen above, there were many influential people present of particular interest. There were many CFR members returning, but also present was Henry Kissinger, for his second Bilderberg conference. Both Kissinger and David Rockefeller would go to later attend Le Cercle for some time. Interestingly, Kissinger was a member of the American Security Council, which involved people who pushed for a pre-emptive nuclear strike on the Soviet Union, something Kissinger played a role in preventing. Another important individual present was to be 1001 Club member Giovanni Agnelli, who would reportedly also become a member of the P2 Lodge. Several participants were unable to attend seemingly because of Asian influenza, among them Ole Bjorn Kraft and Franz Jozef Strauss. Although, many connections could be drawn between these participants and Bilderberg, this portion will be ended here for space. It is interesting to note that in 1957, Western coups would have taken place in Guatemala, Laos and Tibet. More coups would continue to take place, such as in Thailand in 1958 and the Congo in 1960, however, the stage was being set for the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963. This has already been explored a bit, so let’s get back to the fact that at this last 1957 Bilderberg meeting, Pierre de Bonvoisin was there and attended as Baron Pierre, fully displaying his Belgian nobility status.

Returning to Pierre de Bonvoisin, he was awarded with a hereditary Barony in early 1957, which may have had something to do with his role in the SGdB. This means that the de Bonvoisin family would have joined the ranks of the Belgian noble families, and those with the Baron title. There are some particular families of interest below this noble rank. The families also tied to the SGdB as Boel and Janssen are of the lowest Belgian noble rank of jonkheer/jokvrouw. Also of this rank is the Van den Eynde family, of which a member of this family was a doctor, named by X3 as having been involved, during the 1950s’early ’60s, in sordid child/infant abuse, torture, cannibalistic, vampiric, bestiality and murder parties, which involved Paul Vanden Boeynants (Polo), Charly De Pauw, possibly Willy Claes (NATO sec.-gen.; 1x Bilderberg), and members of the Belgian royalty as King Baudouin, King Albert II and the regent Charles. Although, X3’s testimony is too massive in scale to believe, that doesn’t mean that it should be totally discounted, sense she names similar men mentioned by other witnesses and related to other elite organized child abuse cases. She said that events such as that took place in castles, spectators were always the same and numbered in the rage of 50 total people, all hard for her to have identify. The question is, if this is true, who else was there? Perhaps this will be more deeply investigated in later articles. Anyway, there are several families with the male-only rank of Knight, which interesting included the head of the de Mahieu family. It is unknown by this author if the previously mentioned Robert Mahieu, who was linked to organized sex parties involving high level figures and knew about the Etterbeek sex clubs involving Nihoul, Les Atrebates and The Dolo, was related to this family. The next rank above Knight, is the Barons, which has involved many more families, some of which close to this investigation include de Bonvoisin, Cardon de Lichtbuer, van der Elst, d’Huart, Janssen, de Kerchove, de La Valle Pouissin (member attended Bilderberg with Pierre), Leclerq, Merckx (Eddy Merckx was a customer of Les Atrebates), Nothomb, d’Udekem d’Acoz and Verwilghen. The next rank is Viscount, which doesn’t have as many families, but has included the SGdB linked Davignon family (Henry Kissinger and Count Maurice Lippens friend Etienne Davignon, all attended Bilderberg and accused of child abuse by one or more witnesses) and Deligne family, which had been offered the Belgian throne, but declined just as the de Merode family. Interestingly, Etienne Davignon has become a Count, which is the next rank up and has included families as de Launoit, Lippens, d’Udeken d’Acoz and de Meeus d’Argenteuil, of which a family member, Count Yann, accused several individuals trafficking in drugs and/or children. Some of the persons accused by Count Yann included Yves Boel, Prince Henry de Croy, Baron Eric d’Huart, Baron Daniel Janssen, Georges de Kerchove, Count J.P. de Launoit, Prince Alexandre, Baron Andre de Viron and Princess Winoise Graetz. Above the Counts are Marquesses, such as the Marquess de Merode of Waterloo. Next up are the Dukes, such as the Duke of Ursel. The top rank of Belgian nobility are the Princes, which includes families as de Chimay, de Croy and de Merode. These three families have members accused of or linked to child abuse network cases in Belgium. The fact that the de Bonvoisin joined the ranks of these Belgian noble families is very important, in particular because of the apparent presence of child abuse networks reaching to the top of Belgium.

About two or three years after Pierre de Bonvoisin was awarded a Barony and attended Bilderberg for his final time, one of his daughters, Marie-Cecile de Bonvoisin, married Count Hervé d’Ursel, in May 1959. This was a very important early connection, since the de Bonvoisin family was of the Belgian nobility and the d’Ursel family was one of the Blue Salon families, among the most important Belgian noble families, perhaps second under one of its allies, de Merode. Over a decade later, in 1974, Baron Pierre’s other daughter, Marie Francoise de Bonvoisin, married Prince Bernhard de Merode, making her a Princess. This de Bonvoisin-d’Ursel-de Merode connection is very interesting, sense here we have the Belgian noble family de Bonvoisin intermarrying with top Belgian noble families d’Ursel and de Merode, and all three have member(s) accused of involvement in child abuse networks. This important area needs to be explored.

People who have not studied the X-dossiers, or have not read my previous articles, may be wondering, how exactly are these d’Ursel de Merode families connected to child abuse networks? Let’s begin with the d’Ursel connection. The main link goes by way of the previously mentioned Count Hervé d’Ursel, a brother-in-law of Baron Benoît de Bonvoisin. According to victim-witness X1, she recognized Count Hervé as the owner of the “villa des bateaux” / “villa-of-the-boats”, which was in Brussels. It turned out, after looking into the house on Clos des Lauriers 27, that Marie-Cecile de Bonvoisin had indeed lived there and it was in fact owned by Count Hervé. X1 described how the place had a large collection of model boats on display, but was used for ritual initiations and child abuse. In one ritual initiation, the children present were forced to watch a sort of snuff film, in which X1 believed two of her own children were tortured. The purpose of the first night there was initiation, at which the adults wore SM clothing and butchered a goat and a rabbit, in front of children, who were tied up and unclothed. Despite having a macabre-Satanic-SM theme, the ritual had less to do with Satanism and the bizarre sexual preferences of the abusers, but was all about a well thought out plan to condition the children to never speak about and to obey the Network. When Christine Van Hees was put through the initiation, everything went wrong and she would not cooperate. Eventually, she made it through and was allowed to leave. Those present at that particular initiation included Michel Nihoul, Annie Bouty, Tony van den Bogaert, Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin and a few others. Afterward the remaining children were raped, de Bonvoisin made X1 watch a snuff film he picked out and used a vibrator on her. Questions should be asked: To what extent was Count Herve d’Ursel involved? How was X1 able to recognize Count Herve? Was Marie-Cecile involved? What was the relationship between BdB and d’Ursel, besides being family? Certainly, Count Herve was well aware of what was taking place on his property. On top of this, victim-witness X2 claimed to have seen a Count d’Ursel and an important meeting with a bunch of influential people, in mid 1986, in Woluwe. At this meeting, X2 saw Baron Benoît de Bonvoisin, two brothers de Merode, a prince and princess de Chimay, a de Meeus, Comte Emmanuel de Lichtervelde, Georges Desir and a Carteuvels. This meeting had promoters and one of them was X2’s pimp Olivier Castiaux, who invited her and made her help. There is quite a bit to unpack here with the attendees of this evening.

Such a meeting as the one just mentioned, illustrates that Baron Benoît de Bonvoisin was not only close to Count Herve d’Ursel, but also to the de Merode family, which has been mentioned several times already, and these relationships were maintained over the decades. Count Herve d’Ursel was a member of the Cercle des Nations, together with his relatives Comte Bernard d’Ursel and Yannick d’Ursel. It was Paul Vankerkhoven, who in 1969 set up the Cercle des Nations, which was a select right-wing club frequented by members of the Paneuropa Union, CEDI and World Anti-Communist League. Members of the Cercle des Nations came to include Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin, Paul Vanden Boeynants, Prince Francois de Merode, Philippe Cruysmans, Jean Violet, Emmanuel de Bonvoisin and a bunch of other very important individuals to be explored later. A more liberal-oriented group called the Cercle de Lorrain was set up in 1998 as a continuation of the Cercle des Nations. Among the members were Counts Maurice and Leopold Lippens. It also happened, according to X2, that she had been taken to the Chateau de Chimay several times and overheard hunts on children taking place in the woods. She claimed that the Lippens brothers were present and involved in these heinous games. As we already know, X1 was raped with razor blades by the Lippens brother, when she was 10-years-old and trying to give birth. That would have happened in 1979 at her grandmother’s hotel-villa and other perpetrators at this events included Baron Benoît de Bonvoisin, Paul Vanden Boeynants, Michel Vander Elst and the police commissioner of Knokke. Furthermore, while the Lippens brothers have been accused by several witnesses, Leopold Lippens was accused by X1 of having been present at the murder of Katrien de Cuyper in 1991, and the murder of Carine Dellaert in 1983, both in the presence of Vander Elst, Tony Van Den Bogaert, Dutroux contacts Michel Nihoul and Annie Bouty, Joost Bert and others. Another note on Count Herve is that he was spotted visiting a location at which a vehicle belonging to the UCO company of the Hanet family was present. X1 spoke about the UCO company and how child abuse parties went on the private area there, at which Carine Dellaert would have also been brought.

The connections never end, to such an extent that one gets the impression these child abusers make up some kind of circle of friends, or gang-network. This article is already long as it is, but there is much more to mention and we are not done looking into this d’Ursel family. While the main direct connections to child abuse networks, the Belgian nobility and Cercle des Nations already mentioned are very important, that is not all. The d’Ursel family was involved in the founding of the Caisse Privee Banque, in 1949, by the the Cruysmans family. This private bank was rather elitist and was used by Paul Vanden Boeynants for shady business deals. According to the ATLAS dossier, the bank was connected to the network of Felix Przedborski’s “Nebula”, such as through Frederic Velghe. Furthermore, the bank was linked to the Haemers gang, which made contact with Guy Cruysmans and they began to do jobs for the bank. Also, it appears that Hubert Mouson, employed by a Cruysmans, was known as a pedophile within the bank. Frank Mazy tried to blackmail Mouson, but ended up dead from the fumes of a boiler. Eventually, Mouson and Bob Louvigny were fired from the bank, both of whom remained good friends afterwards. On top of the above information, there are a few other alarming connections of the d’Ursel family. Countess Rodolphe d’Ursel was registered at one point on the Carnet Mondain, the “Yearbook of distinguished Belgian families”. Others members of the Carnet Mondain have included Jacques Jonet (close to VdB, BdB and Otto von Habsburg, accused of covering up Pinon affair), Charles de Selliers de Moranville and wife (husband and other family members accused of child abuse), Georges de Kerchove d’Exaerde (accused by Count Yann), Count Henri d’Udekem d’Acoz (accused by Count Yann; family married into Belgian royalty; family close to SMOM), Yves de Prelle de la Nieppe (accused by Count Yann) and Baron Guibert de Viron (family member accused by Count Yann; family married into de Caters family). Additionally, Count Ghislaine d’Ursel was a member of the Royal Club of Historic Cities and Gardens in Belgium, which has included among its directors Viscount Etienne Davignon (accused of child abuse; close to Maurice Lippens and Henry Kissinger; SGdB; Bilderberg) and Prince Alexandre de Merode. Prince Lorenz was honorary chair and the president was a Baron Cardon de Lichtbuer. Some other members included Baron Albert Frere, Count Emmanuel de Lichtervelde and Marquess de Trazegnies. Now, here we have the de Merode family come up again.

As mentioned already, Benoit’s sister Marie Francois became a princess when she married Prince Bernard de Merode, in the 1974. This family has been influential since Germany under the Holy Roman Empire, as members of the aristocracy. The family eventually made its way to the United Netherlands, and a few of its members were involved in the Belgian Revolution in 1830. After the revolution, the Societe Generale was taken over from William I of Orange, and came under the control of major aristocratic and catholic noble families in Belgium. The SGdB stockholders was reported to included families as Solvay, Boel, Janssen, Davignon, Lippens, de Merode and Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, along with the Vatican. Prince Amaury de Merode has been suspected of having held a large stock. In its latter years, Etienne Davignon headed the bank with Count Maurice Lippens. As one can recall, Pierre de Bonvoisin had served as a director of the SGdB, and his father-in-law, Alexandre Galopin, had served as its governor. Prince Amaury also married a member of the von Croy family. If these connections are not already making people raise eyebrows, then consider that Prince Amaury de Merode was a director of the Belgian Kids Fund for Pediatric Research, the patron of which used to be Princess Astrid, daughter of King Albert II. The Fund’s Support committee even included Etienne Davignon, Countess Maurice Lippens, Count Jean-Pierre de Launoit and the already mentioned Baron Daniel Cardon de Lichtbuer. Even more worrisome is the fact that Daniel Cardon de Lichtbuer headed Child Focus and then the International Center for Missing & Exploited Children! Daniel was a member of the Cercle de Lorrain, together with Davignon, the Lippens brothers, de Launoit and Albert Frere. Still not enough? According to victim-witnesses X4 and Nathalie Waeterschoot, Prince Alexandre de Merode was a central figure in (Satanic), black masses, which involved sexual abuse, torture and ritual sacrifices of animals, children and event infants. It is unbelievable, that human beings would do things like that in decades around the 1980s. But can we just immediately disregard these testimonies, sense the 1980s was the decade of the “Satanic Panic” and officially these testimonies were totally bogus? I wouldn’t. Jumping to conclusions is never good, if you don’t have some basis on the context of these testimonies, in the fact that these two witnesses mentioned names independently of other victim-witnesses, with many overlaps via names or connections.

The things X4 and Nathalie W. spoke about were horrendous, and they were also not the only ones to mention certain names, or speak about Satanic ritual abuse. A quote from a book on the X-dossiers is as follows:

“Hearing after hearing the boundaries are pushed further. Extreme torture, rape scenes, murders of babies under the eye of men in black hoods. Pretty soon in the investigation the names of politicians O. [almost certainly a member of the Lippens family] and E. [should be Paul Vanden Boeynants] are named as ‘regular customers’. Those have been pointed out by X1 and X3 in the mean time as child killers. X4 also mentions the pivotal prince [Alexandre de Merode] in the account of Nathalie W. In the month of January she also points out a hotel in Knokke that was also mentioned by X1… Apparently without really knowing about who she is talking, X4 also describes a high government official whose name once appeared in the Pinon file [can only be Guy Mathot, Vanden Boeynants or Gen. Fernand Beaurir of the Gendarmerie].”

(1999, Annemie Bulte, Douglas De Coninck and Marie-Jeanne Van Heeswyck, ‘The X-Dossiers’, page 327)

While we could show the corroboration between X4 and X1’s testimony, as well as others, we should also take a look at the relevant part of Nathalie Waeterschoot’s testimony here:

“To remember Vincent [Prince Alexandre de Merode] is very painful… Wat. would have participated in a “black mass” with other minors. Wat. relived some scenes of the past and was terrorized by them. She speaks of minors marked with a red iron and human sacrifices. She also speaks of prepared human meat that the minors have to eat. During these evenings the minors were raped by the participants. She speaks of the presence in these masses of a certain Claudio and Prince Alexander de Merode.” (PV 116.780, November 21, 1996)

“Murder-around… In a circle around fire – have some candles – everybody [Prince Alexandre de Merode, Nathalie W.’s father and at least 11-12 others; apparently a “Berenice” d’Arschot Schoonhoven family (counts)] is standing except the baby and the sheep – the baby cries – he cannot cry – he cannot breathe because he is impure – and it is a boy.” [She describes the murder of the baby and how his blood is mixed with that of the slaughtered sheep – Then they burn the baby and the sheep, and everybody has sex with each other – the monster has left. They tear out the heart of the baby. She describes some signs that she noticed (cross – stars).] (PV 150.035, January 30, 1997)

Events such these are absolutely terrifying to imagine. Black robes and hoods, candles and fires, sexual abuse, torture and murder? What is going on here? Can this be taken seriously? It certainly seems like this is the type of stuff gnostic-Luciferian cults would be involved with, or rather ancient Mystery Religions that practiced rites of purgative violence. The fact that Nathalie W. and X4’s testimony corroborate with each other and yet other testimonies, is something to consider. More examples, such as at the time those horrendous activities above took place, Prince Alexandre de Merode was the chairman of the Association Royale des Demeures Historiques et Jardins de Belgique, from 1979 to 2002. The following year, Daniel Cardon de Lichtbuer became the next chair until 2013. Others involved with that association included Etienne Davignon, Count Ghislaine d’Ursel, Baron Albert Frere, Prince Lorenz, Marquess de Tazegnies and Count Emmanuel de Lichtervelde. It turns out that, as has already been mentioned, members of the de Merode and d’Ursel families attended the Cercle des Nations, which has involved many prominent men accused of child abuse and even murder in a few cases. These in turn included members of the PSC and its CEPIC, both of which involved individuals accused of Satanic Ritual Abuse and also several reported members of Opus Dei. Victim-witness X4 specifically mentioned that members of Opus Dei were among her most sadistic clients. Furthermore, PSC members of Opus Dei have been involved in Satanic Black masses according to Jacques Thoma.

At the Cercle des Nations, which was essentially a private club for prominent far rightists/fascists and was closely associated with the AESP, prominent individuals as Prince Francois de Merode, together with Vanden Boeynants, de Bonvoisin, Jean Violet, Paul Vankerkhoven and many other individuals met in a private setting. Another less private gathering associated with the AESP leadership were the Grand Dîner Charlemagne, which was attended by a Prince and Princess de Merode, who at one point was seated at the same table as Emile Lecerf and Yves-Guerin Serac. These dinners were also attended by Jean Violet, Paul Vankerkhoven, Otto von Habsburg, Florimond Damman, who set up the AESP, Brian Crozier and many others. The symbol of the AESP was the seal of Karolus Magnus or Charlemagne, illustrating the close relationship, on top of member overlaps. These organizations will be examined later. Not uncommon in this milieux, Bernard de Merode can be linked to British intelligence through his employment at Risk Analysis, which was headed by Christopher Davy and Martin Flint. Baudoin de Merode was a Knight of Malta (SMOM), which is one of the pillars of the Vatican-Paneuropa Network and has been closely linked to intelligence agencies, such as the CIA.

At this point, the Opus Dei connection should probably be discussed. As we know, Benoît de Bonvoisin was raised a Roman Catholic, which means his family was probably Catholic. Benoît’s father, Pierre, became a director of the Societe Generale, which involved among its shareholders members of very prominent Catholic and Blue Salon families. Pierre even attended Bilderberg multiple times with Catholic men that were or would be connected to the Vatican-Paneuropa Network. During this time, in the late 1950s-early 1960s, Benoît attended the Catholic University of Louvain, where Pierre had or would be appointed as a professor of economics. Here Benoît studied philosophy, the apparent main course of the university, and likely gained a deep understanding and theological philosophy on Catholicism. In the early 1960s, Paul Vanden Boeynants, a friend of Pierre through the UEF as already described, called upon Benoît de Bonvoisin to realign the PSC, which originated from the old Catholic Party. BdB went on to serve as an advisor to Boeynants as Secretary of Defense in the 1970s and BdB also become the treasurer of the CEPIC. By the early 1980s, the CEPIC, BdB and the rest were exposed for fomenting a fascist underground, complete with their own publications with as the NEM and private army FJ. Then by 1986, Vanden Boeynants and de Bonvoisin, together with close associates, appeared in a Belgian gendarme dossier as apparent members of Opus Dei. So the question is, when did these men become members of Opus Dei?

It is known that Opus Dei began their activities in Belgium around the year 1965. It has also been rumored that Princess Astrid played a role in brining Opus Dei to Belgium. Princess Astrid was the daughter of King Albert II and Queen Paola; she became the wife of Lorenz de Habsburg, who in turn was the son of Robert de Habsburg, a brother of Otto von Habsburg. The only problem with this rumor is that Princess Astrid was about three years old in 1965. Although, Princess Astrid, her husband Lorenz de Habsburg, his father Robert de Habsburg and his brother Otto von Habsburg all appeared in the 1986 Opus Dei dossier from Belgium. With this dossier in mind, it is clear that the Belgian royal family and nobility had several close connections to Opus Dei. It is apparent that Opus Dei, along with the Knights of Malta, dominated the Vatican-Paneuropa Network, which was the Catholic European branch of the Conservative establishment, and has been closely linked to intelligence. Otto von Habsburg, the last crown-prince of the Vatican-allied Austro Hungarian Empire, was a key figure in this network. The primary purpose of this network has apparently been the resurrection of the Holy Roman Empire, in particular through the manipulation of the European Union, which has been met by with stiff resistance from the Liberal establishment. One of the most secretive and highest levels of this network is Le Cercle. This conference group is more secret than the Liberal establishment Bilderberg Group, and has worked with the CIA, MI6, intelligence services of mainland Europe and Saudi Arabia; in the past is worked with apartheid governments in Africa and fascist regimes, such as Franco and Pinochet. Notoriously, some would say ironically, it the network has been anti-Jewish, although Zionist establishment connections can certainly be indicated.

It is fairly certain that Baron Benoît de Bonvoisin knew Archduke Otto von Habsburg for several reasons: A) both were reported members of Opus Dei; B) both were involved in Le Cercle, of which Habsburg played a key role; C) both were involved in the CEDI, which was founded by Habsburg and involved close associates of de Bonvoisin; D) both were involved in the AESP, which was headed by Habsburg; E) de Bonvoisin headed the MAUE, which was part of the PEU, which in turn was headed by von Habsburg; F) de Bonvoisin was an important member of the Cercle des Nations, which was close to the AESP and the Grand Dîner Charlemagne events, which involved von Habsburg. G) de Bonvoisin was involved with the short lived Cercle Charlemagne, founded by Habsburg. These leads will be explored a bit more in this section.

The connection of Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin to Archduke Otto von Habsburg is, perhaps, the most important link to investigate. Many stories and myths exist that the Habsburg family, which almost continuously dominated the Holy Roman Empire from 1438-1802, has a bloodlines that goes back to the French Merovingian dynasty, allegedly including legendary figures as Charlemagne, King Arthur and Godfrey de Bouillon. A lot of myths surrounding this enigmatic area, involves the Knights Templar and a group that has been called the Prieure de Sion. It has even been reported that John Robinson’s book Proofs of a Conspiracy, which tried to expose the Bavarian Illuminati and its role in the French Revolution, was influenced by the Catholic Church and its allied royal families as the Habsburgs. From 1804 to 1918, the Austrian empire had been under continued Habsburg rule and had successfully waged war against Napoleon. During WWI, which was triggered by the assassination of Franz Ferdinand von Habsburg-Lorraine, the Austro-Hungarian Empire of the Habsburgs ended, along with the Ottoman Empire. In 1917, the Russian Tsar got disposed and replaced by a Bolshevik/communist government. After WWII, Otto von Habsburg came to be arguably the chief political force behind the Vatican-Paneuropa Network during the Cold War and until his death in 2011. It has been said by the rather questionable EIR, that Otto von Habsburg headed the “Black International”/fascist Black Guelphs. Nonetheless, Otto played an important role in the Vatican-CIA alliance through private groups as Le Cercle and CEDI and was a close ally of Opus Dei. It is Otto von Habsburg’s Paneuropa network, which was closely linked to fascist militias in Europe that carried out the Strategy of Tension, that was a partner with the CIA and also happens to be whence aristocratic child abuse accusations have been emanating.

Spanish dictator Franco is said to have initially contacted Otto von Habsburg to be his successor, but Otto eventually declined, instead suggesting it be Prince Juan Carlos, who eventually became a King and member of the 1001 Club. Carlos has said to have been sympathetic toward Opus Dei, or even a member. In Belgium, a number of Otto’s associates appeared close to Opus Dei, if not members. In Spain the Catholic government was against granting its small non-Catholic minority any religious freedom, believing it would shatter Spain’s spiritual unity. The Spanish de Bourbon family has been close to Opus Dei and allied with the Habsburgs, in an apparent effort to one day revive the Holy Roman Empire. The CEDI set up by Otto von Habsburg was am apparent agenda to construct around the Spanish Borbons a federation of European states united in Christianity and anti-Communism. This has sounded to some like an effort at a modern resurrection of the Holy Roman Empire, comparable to the reign of Charles V.

In 1952, Otto von Habsburg-Lorraine was a key founder, reportedly along with Jacques-Ernest Solvay and Ernest-John Solvay, with the financial support of Alfredo Sanchez Bella, of the Centre Europeen de Documentation and Internationale (CEDI), which was an “international grouping of Catholic conservatives which aimed to break the diplomatic isolation of Franco’s Spain following the UN’s rejection of Spanish membership” in 1945, “the UN General Assembly’s condemnation of the regime” in 1946 and “its resolution calling for the withdrawal of ambassadors from Spain”. The CEDI organized frequent congresses in Madrid since 1952, but was formally incorporated in 1957, with headquarters in Bavarian capital Munich, Germany, from where CEDI Life President Otto von Habsburg resided. This was several years after Le Cercle (1953), the P2 Lodge (1945) and several other key NGOs had been founded. By the early 1960s, the membership of the CEDI dramatically increased. In 1961, the CEDI set up a Belgian branch, of which the founding president, until his death in 1971, was Chevalier Marcel de Roover, who had been appointed as CEDI International Treasurer in January 1960. The 1950s and 1960s are usually seen as the CEDI’s zenith of importance. After de Roover’s death in 1971, Paul Vankerkhoven took over the Belgian section and ran it with Nicolas de Kerchove d’Ousselghem. By December 1976, at the 25th International Congress of the CEDI in Madrid, Spain, in attendance was Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin, along with his close associate Paul Vankerkhoven, with whom he founded, in the 1960s, l’Institut Europeen de Developpement, which was directed by Bernard Mercier, who was also in attendance at the 25th congress in 1976. Antoine Pinay was another notorious individual present at the congress, as well as Opus Dei member Alfredo Sanchez Bella, Florimond Damman, Yves-Marc Dubois, Brian Crozier, Franz Jozef Bach, Julien Amery, Count Hans Huyn, Jacques Jonet, PIO head Major Jean-Marie Bougerol, Carlo Pesenti, Vittorio Pons, Ernest Tottosy, Vincent Van den Bosch, Robert Moss, members of the Habsburg family and Maitre Jean-Eugene Violet. These are all key individuals involved in the Cercle complex (Vatican-Paneuropa Network) involving numerous overlapping NGOs, with links back to Le Cercle, of which Otto von Habsburg was the patron. Once again, it might be helpful to list some of the important confirmed members and to display the important overlapping connections (note: many of these names are absolutely vital):

What do these members of the CEDI all have in common? Connections to the Conservative establishment and the Vatican-Paneuropa Union. Organizations as Opus Dei, Le Cercle, AESP, Cercle des Nations, Grand Charlemagne Dinners, IEPS, MAUE and WACL involved many of these individuals. The Knights of Malta, Ordre du Rouvre, P7, Comite Hongrie, Paneuropa Union, Bilderberg and the Cercle de Lorrain appear in the list. Several direct connections to de Bonvoisin and even his father can be established. These lists are very helpful for indicating all the interconnections, however, there is a tremendous amount to unravel about all them.

Many of the CEDI members were also members of the Academie Europeenne des Scienes Politiques (AESP), which became riven by internal rivalries following the death of Florimond Damman, at the hight of his power, in July 1979. Several months earlier, Reverend Yves-Marc Dubois, a long time associate of Violet, died, in February. The power struggle within the AESP would eventually lead to its closure. Prior to the organizational upheaval in the Cercle complex, de Bonvoisin had attended the XIX AESP chapter in February 1976, followed several months later with the XXV International Congress of the CEDI in November 1976, which he attended accompanying Damman, Jonet and Vankerkhoven. In late 1977, de Bonvoisin joined an AESP Study Group. The AESP was a critical nexus point for all this different groups, and it has even been suspected of having been the P1 lodge, of the Italian P2, Belgian P7, etc. network. Perhaps, it would be appropriate to list out key members of the AESP, over the course of its existence, based on as few years of documentation:

  • Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin
  • Paul Vanden Boeynants
  • Otto von Habsburg
  • Jean-Eugene Violet
  • Florimond Damman
  • Paul Vankerkhoven
  • Jacques Jonet
  • Bernard Mercier
  • Ernest Tottosy
  • Vittorio Pons
  • Antoine Pinay
  • Count Hans Huyn
  • Carlo Pesenti II
  • Bernard de Marcken de Merken
  • Father Yves-Marc Dubois
  • Giulio Andreotti
  • Alfredo Sanchez Bella
  • Marcel de Roover
  • Vincent van den Bosch
  • Cees van den Heuvel
  • John Biggs-Davison
  • Sir John Rogers
  • Comte Coudenhove-Kalergi
  • Marcel de Roover
  • Comte Alain de Villages
  • Hans-Joachim von Merkartz
  • Peter Agnew
  • Don Manuel Fraga Iribarne
  • Andre Voisin
  • Giovanni Malagodi
  • Richard Jaeger
  • Marcel Collet

Without going into too many details, for sake of space, the AESP was a very important nexus point throughout the 1970s. The connections are endless to unravel. One of the details deals with Florimond Damman, someone de Bonvoisin would have worked with and met. Damman had been in close contact with Yves Guerin Serac of Aginter Presse, Jean-Eugene Violet, Brian Crozier, Paul Vankerkhoven and many others, including people involved in Le Cercle. With the passing of Florimond Damman, there was also an internal conflict among the MAUE. In 1978, a Damman Roger Laminne shunned the MAUE for holding extreme-right opinions verging on fascism. In August 1979, MAUE Honorary President Baron Adelin de Yperzele de Strihou (AESP; LIL; Cercle des Nations) resigned claiming that the “MAUE had been politically infiltrated”. The month prior, in July 1979, Baron de Bonvoisin had joined the Advisory Board of the MAUE. It is believed that a few MAUE members left because of the Black Baron. Going into 1980, the new MAUE head was Robert Nieuwenhuys, who had decades ago worked as an attache to Kings Leopold III and Baudouin. Jacques Jonet, Paul Vankerkhoven, General Robert Close and Luc Beyer de Ryke joined the MAUE board. The MAUE became active partners with Brian Crozier’s 6I in the anti-nuclear disarmament campaign. Despite the Surete expose in the early 1980s, de Bonvoisin would be among the several MAUE representatives to attend Le Cercle. Another attendee was Nicolas de Kerchove and it is very interesting that de Kerchove and de Bonvoisin were connected to Bougerol, Vanden Boeynants, the PIO and the Front de la Jeunesse, which appears lined to Westland New Post and the string of crimes of the Gang of Nijvel in the early 1980s. While de Bonvoisin funded the PIO and FJ, de Kerchove would be the key aide to the Justice Minister, Jean Gol, in charge of the sidetracked and failed initial investigation.

The Public Information Office (PIO) was a fascist “personal/private” Military Intelligence group, which spied on journalists that had a negative attitude toward the Vanden Boeynants gang and also ran its own publication, INFOREP. PIO was founded in 1974 by Defense Minister Vanden Boeynants and Baron de Bonvoisin, who insured Jean-Marie Bougerol became its head and received the full support of Army General Pierre Roman. Additionally, the PIO had two branches, one for the military and another for the civilian group, which was located at buildings where de Bonvoisin’s PDG, the CEPIC, MAUE and Comite Hongrie would all eventually be located. VdB’s channel to the PIO went through Baron de Bonvoisin, who helped run the day-to-day operations and financing, and Nicolas de Kerchove, who handled the political direction. Within the PIO, Bougerol, who had been an old member of the Belgian Stay-behind army SDRA8, set up a parallel intelligence-action network capable of counterinformation and intelligence research, called the Miller group, which functioned as the real undercover teams. The military group was supposed to infiltrate organizations favorable to the military, including publications, political groups or templar orders. or give workshops and lectures to extreme-right groups. By the early 1980s, the PIO had shutdown, as well as the CEPIC as a result of the Surete report, ending de Bonvoisin’s public career. However, there is every indication that the PIO and its operations were folded into an older group called the European Institute of Management (EIM). What about the Front de la Jeunesse that de Bonvoisin was caught funding? Well FJ and PIO member and Group G leader Paul Latinus created Westland New Post (WNP), by March 1981, oddly coinciding with the investigation of Opus Dei and P2 lodge member Michele Sindona’s collapsed banking empire and the discovery of a P2 membership list in Licio Gelli’s house. Rene Mayerus was the EIM chairman for some time and is believed to have employed Bougerol, who would have given orders to the WNP, just as he had with the PIO. Mayerus was eventually succeeded as EIM chairman by General Douglas MacArthur II. Curiously, the EIM was owned by a group called Unibra, which was owned by Michel Relecom, a member of the 1001 Club. Unibra was an outfit ran by friends of Vanden Boeynants. According to George Timmerman, the EIM was the cover for a private intelligence operation. Madani Bouhouche and his private detective agency, Agence de Recherche et d’Information (ARI), which was part of the private agency of Bob Louvigny, had linked Saudi secret service agent Faez El Ajjaz to the Vernaillen affair, the WNP and the EIM. Ajjaz has even been accused of working with Count Carl Armfelt, a CIA agent and WACL member reportedly in close contact with Vanden Boeynants and de Bonvoisin.

It has been reported that Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin was a member of the World Anti-Communist League (WACL), although this has not been confirmed by the author. It is possible the de Bonvoisin was involved with WACL’s Belgium branch, the Ligue Internationale de la Liberte (LIL), which was founded in 1969 by Paul Vankerkhoven and involved Emile Lecerf and Florimond Damman, all three associates of de Bonvoisin. Vankerkhoven and Damman co-founded the 1970 Brussels Congress of the Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations, which was funded by the CIA and BND. To the authors of the book Inside the League, Scott Anderson and John Lee Anderson, it was said:

“In considering the World Anti-Communist League you have entered a world of ideological fanaticism, racialism, ignorance and fear which is almost beyond the comprehension of the average American… Your subject matter is a collection of oriental fascists, militarists, rightwing terrorists who put bombs in civilian aircrafts, death squads, assassins, criminals and many people who are as opposed to democracy as they are to communism. You are in some danger yourself.”

Interestingly, men as General MacArthur I, General Singlaub, Ray Cline and several others largely stood at the foundation of the formation of WACL. These men were connected with the American Security Council (ASC), of which many members supported the Sun Myung Moon (Moonie cult). Another interesting fact are the connections of Le Cercle to WACL and its Belgian branch and de Bonvoisin of the MAUE. Ray Cline once stated that Bougerol received counter insurgency training in the US. It has been reported that Arnaud de Borchgrave, a supporter of the Moonies, introduced Bougerol to de Bonvoisin, and later became a contact along with Robert Moss to the PIO. It has also been said that de Borchgrave was de Bonvoisin’s contact to the CIA. Oddly, Baroness Sheri de Borchgrave, wrote in a book that her husband Jacques de Borchgrave had been introducing her to group sex parties and had a demonic-like alter personality which could be easily triggered. A Marquess de Patenos (Marquess de Trazegnies) also said in the book that while being shown around a castle by aunt Helene, she said that: “You would just love the parties he throws here, ma cherie. But it will take years until your inhibitions are dissolved enough to attend one of them. They’re unforgettably naughty.” Coincidentally, it was reported in the X-dossiers that Prince Alexandre de Merode, one of the central figures in Satanic ritual abuse accounts, was overheard talking on the phone with a member of the de Borchgrave family. Furthermore, MacAthur II, a supporter of the Moonies, served on the board of the Washington lobbying firm Hill & Knowlton, which was founded and headed by Robert Keith Gray. In 1966, Gray was a key founder of the George Town Club and he was linked to the Franklin/Craig Spence child abuse scandal. Gray was reportedly a specialist in homosexual blackmail operations for the CIA, something Roy Cohn and subsequently Edwin Wilson (MKULTRA-linked) took over. Cohn was an International director at the Western Goals Foundation, which has involved Le Cercle and ASC members. Cohn was also reportedly involved in Permindex, which also involved Clay Shaw, a suspect in the JFK assassination and someone who was in contact with the House of Savoy, Borghese and Chimay families. Is it a coincidence that at Chateau de Chimay, the Lippens brothers, including 1001 Club member count Leopold Lippens, was accused of being involved in child hunting events in the woods; and the owners of Permindex and EIM were members of the 1001 Club? The accused pedophile Jim Garrison even suppressed the fact of the bizarre sexual preferences of Clay Shaw when he searched his New Orleans home, in which hooks suspended from the ceiling with bloody palm prints were found. What the hell has been going on?

During the 1970s, the PIO, which at this point appeared to have been a key nexus point for the Strategy of Tension and Operation Gladio/Stay-Behind network in Belgium, was headquartered in the same building as de Bonvoisin’s PDG and the CEPIC, which was the think-tank within the PSC to counter the leftist element in the PSC and was located in another building connected via a corridor. The Comite Hongrie was located in the same building, and this included reported members of the Belgian P7 and Italian P2 lodges, which appeared to be at the center of Operation Gladio/Stay-Behind and the Strategy of Tension in Italy. The MAUE, which is part of the PEU, was also located at this building at one point, and continually involved attendees of Le Cercle and links to Opus Dei. All of these organizations, in turn, have links to the AESP, which has been considered to be the P1 lodge, and the CEDI of Habsburg. In the 1970s, it was the PIO’s head Bougerol that gave orders to Front de la Jeunesse head Francis Dossogne, as associate of de Bonvoisin. The CEPIC became an official section of the PSC in 1975, which coincides with the that an attempt to destabilize Belgium had been in the works involving FJ, which de Bonvoisin had been funding. Also, in 1975, the Parti des Forces Nouvelles (political front of FJ) held its first congress at CEPIC headquarters. According to Martial Lekeu, the coup plot around FJ, since 1975, included operations within FJ involving Group G and Group M. The former focused on the Gendarmerie, while the latter focused on the military. The two groups were to conduct a whole range of terrorist attacks, which would somehow result in the CEPIC crowd becoming all-powerful. Members of the CEPIC included:

  • Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin: CEPIC treasurer; Opus Dei; Le Cercle; MAUE; PIO; CEDI; AESP; Cercle des Nations; WACL; funded the Front de la Jeunesse (FJ) through his company PDG and the CEPIC; funded the Nouvel Europe Magazine, from where NEM clubs sprang, which lead to the creation of FJ; key role in the PIO, ran by Bougerol, who gave orders to FJ head Dossogne and subsequently to WNP head, former FJ and Group G member Paul Latinus, who had been employed by the PIO as a secret agent; FJ political front Parti des Forces Nouvelles held 1st congress at CEPIC HQ and involved the father of Jean Bultot, a Gang of Nijvel suspect; connected to the ASCO factory, a place that Gang of Nijvel suspect Madani Bouhouche allegedly drove victim-witness X1 to; aborted 1973 coup plot; l’Institut Europeen de Developpement, founder;
  • Paul Vanden Boeynants: CEPIC founder; Opus Dei; CEDI; AESP; Cercle des Nations; PIO; involved with Nouvel Europe Magazine; aborted 1973 coup plot; World Trade Center Association, member;

  • Jean Pierre Grafe: CEPIC; accused of child abuse;
  • Jean Militis: CEPIC; named in a list of individuals trying to destabilize the Belgian state in the 1980s, from Leon Finne; PRL; Militis suspected that Bougerol was a member of the Gang of Nijvel and warned journalist Rene Haquin to be careful with Bougerol;
  • Jose Desmarets: CEPIC; named in Leon Finne’s list;
  • Pierre Jonnart: CEPIC;
  • Jean Breydel: CEPIC;
  • Jo Gerard: CEPIC; Cercle des Nations;
  • Bernard de Marcken de Merken: CEPIC; AESP; Charlemagne dinners; MAUE;
  • Robert Nieuwnhuys: CEPIC; MAUE;
  • Luc Beyer de Ryke: CEPIC; MAUE;
  • Jacques Chirac: CEPIC, speaker/connected; The Economic Club, speaker; wife Bernadette Chirac was on the honorary board of the International Center for Missing and Exploited Children; French president, linked to child abuse cases in France;
  • Edouard Nihoul: CEPIC; cake pastry; relative of Michel Nihoul;
  • Joseph Franz: CEPIC;
  • Jacques Van Camp: CEPIC; Pink Ballets; Les trois Canards; assassinated by Gang of Nijvel
  • Elise Dewit: CEPIC; Pink Ballets; assassinated by Gang of Nijvel
  • Jacques Fourez: CEPIC; Pink Ballets; assassinated by Gang of Nijvel
  • Leon Finne: CEPIC; Pink Ballets; gave list to Vernaillen; assassinated by Gang of Nijvel

The CEPIC was a think tank within the PSC, which goes back to the predecessor of the Belgian Catholic Party, the PDC-CVP, which was founded in 1945 and dissolved in 1968, two years after Paul Vanden Boeynants had served as President since 1961, and likely had already made contact with, and brought into the PSC, Baron de Bonvoisin. Gaston Eyskens was a member of the PSC-CVP and would become Belgian Prime Minister. In 1972, the PSC was revived and the first President became Charles-Ferdinand Nothomb. In addition to the above listed CEPIC members, the PSC also included the Judge Melchior Wathelet, who released Marc Dutroux from prison and played a role in covering up the Gang of Nijvel case. One of the PSC treasurer of the youth section was Jacques Thoma, who was directed toward Opus Dei by other PSC members Michel Dewolf, Philippe Sala and Jean-Paul Dumont [CEPIC]. Under pretense of an Opus Dei initiation, he participated in several satanic sessions close to Charleroi in 1985 to 1986. This oddly coincides with the time when adjutant Guy Dussart was approached by two senior high nobility figures who belonged to Opus Dei, in December 1985-March 1986. The two explained that at least 9 important members of Opus Dei (likely including de Bonvoisin) in addition to several officers and generals of the Gendarmerie and army were working to destabilize Belgium and as a result, transfer all power to King Baudouin. Two names mentioned be Dussart and Vernaillen were General Beaurir and Paul Vanden Boeynants, which makes sense because Dussart also said that the aborted 1973 coup plot “l’Ordre Blue”, involved some of the same players as the coup prepared in the 1980s. It was also reported that the conspirators met at Opus Dei Castle Dongelberg, which was also mentioned by X2 as a location where child abuse took place. Interestingly, VdB’s Presidency of at the PSC ended in 1981, while the CEPIC and PIO dissolved after the Surete report exposure.

Nouvel Europe Magazine was set up by Paul Vanden Boeynants with funding of Baron de Bonvoisin, in 1971. Emile Lecerf, who was close to de Bonvoisin, became the editor. Lecerf had been involved with the LIL, the Belgian branch of WACL set up by Vankerkhoven and Damman. Francis Dossogne was also involved with NEM. The CEPIC think tank was set up in 1972 and NEM clubs were organized, which eventually resulted in the creation of the Front de la Jeunesse (FJ), in 1973, which became headed by Francis Dossogne. In 1974 the Public Information (PIO) was set up and headed by SDRA8 member Jean-Marie Bougerol, who gave orders and assignments to FJ head Dossogne. As we know, the men close to the aborted 1973 coup were close to the PIO, CEPIC, PDG, MAUE clique, which in-turn linked to FJ. By 1975, Group G and Group M operations were underway. Joining the clique around the CEPIC and PIO was the Comite Hongrie founded in 1977, which included Lecerf, Damman, Mercier and Hungarian P7 connected men Ernest Tottosy and Victor de Stankovich. Also in 1977, Paul Latinus was recruited as an intelligence agent by the PIO and his career was boosted by recommendations from the top of the CEPIC. Latinus joined FJ and became a leader within Group G. Lecerf and de Bonvoisin founded the Parti des Forces Nouvelles, in 1974-1975, which came to include Paul “Pepe” de Rycke, the owner of the Jonathan Club, which included customers from the FJ, Francis Dossogne, Jean Bultot and Madani Bouhouche. Connections to Michel Nihoul, the Dolo and Lea Atrebates have already been mentioned, but all three of these clubs mentioned were linked to Frans Reyniers and Georges Marnette. It was even said that Vanden Boeynants attended the Dolo and met with Nihoul, while victim-witness X2 saw Vanden Boeynants’ private driver Henri Bil talking with Madani Bouhouche. But this happened in the 1980s. Around the same time that the Forces Nouvelles held its first congress and the creation of the Front de la Jeunesse, Lecerf organized a meeting at the castle of Baron de Bonvoisin in which a number of fascist leaders from Europe were brought together. Represented were the MSI from Italy, the French branch of Parti des Forces Nouvelles, the National Front from Britain and Fuerza Nueva from Spain. Francis Dossogne, head of Front de la Jeunesses by this time, also attended. De Bonvoisin would have arranged for a meeting of European Nazis and other fascists in his castle in late 1975. By 1976, de Bonvoisin was the treasurer of the CEPIC.

De Bonvoisin’s company Societe de Promotion & Distribution Generales NV (PDG), which shared the same building with CEPIC headquarters (two buildings, but a corridor was built between them). The main investors in PDG were Charly De Pauw, Ado Blaton, and other businessmen involved in building the World Trade Center and Parc Savoy in Brussels. In return for their investments PDG created fake invoices for them. Additionally, de Bonvoisin was a shareholder in Parc Savoy, which was co-founded by Charly De Pauw, Ado Blaton and Philippe Cryns, who was the owner of the notorious nightclub Le Mirano, in the 1980s. According to Juan Mendez, whom was more than likely murdered by Madani Bouhouche, Le Mirano was the key to solving the Gang of Nijvel case. In 1984, a major scandal broke out at Le Mirano, after a relative of a prominent judge died from a drug overdose in the nightclub. Many prominent individuals attended the club, such as, Baron de Bonvoisin, Paul Bourlee and the pimp Olivier Castiaux, according to X2, Madani Bouhouche, Jean Bultot, Robert Beyer, Patrick Haemers and possibly Achille, Charly De Pauw Michel Nihoul and even King Albert II all reportedly visited. Before X2 testified, not to mention VM1, the scandal at Le Mirano that broke out in 1984 resulted in the discovery of a clandestine pedophile-blackmail ring centering around the nightclub and its owner Philippe Cryns. Oddly, the evidence, along with any other leads were disregarded and Cryns, as well as his associate Alexis Alewaeters, was charged with only drug related crimes. Interestingly, Alewaeters lawyer became Didier de Quevy, a close associate of Jean-Paul Dumont and future lawyer of Marc Dutroux in the late 1980s. Another interesting detail is that Alewaeters was a client of a law firm of Annie Bouty and Michel Nihoul. Additionally, Nihoul was a friend of Pepe de Rycke, the owner of the Jonathan, a club attended by FJ head Francis Dossogne, Madani Bouhouche and Jean Bultot. Oddly, after the Golf GTI that the Gang of Nijvel had stolen was found, a charred piece of paper with handwriting, reportedly, of Bultot’s girlfriend Claudine Falkenberg on it. Furthermore, at that time she worked at the ministry of Cecile Goor, a former member of the then disbanded CEPIC. Aside from the paper itself linking to Bultot and implicating him the attacks, what has never been explained is why Falkenberg had the telephone number of doctor Pinon in her address book. After Bultot fled to Paraguay following the more than apparent Bouhouche murder of Mendez, he would later advise Freddy Troch to reopen the Pinon dossier, although this file appeared to have been made into a corrupted dossier for de Bonvoisin and his fascist clique. Troch’s investigation was soon obstructed by Frans Reyniers and Georges Marnette, people already discussed in the Dolo article. Marnette was a visitor of the Platos club, which was visited by Yves Zimmer, Karel van Miert and Jean-Paul Dumont. It also turns out that Dumont was a visitor of Les Trois Canards, which was attended by Paul Vanden Boeynants and Ferdinand Beaurir, both men associated with the Pink Ballets affairs. Les Trois Canards was owned by Jacques Van Camp, who ended gunned down by the Gang of Nijvel, including in other instances Van Camp’s associates Dewit and Fourez. Returning to Le Mirano, it is very interesting that two Gang of Nijvel suspects (Bouhouche and Bultot) attended the night club.

With all the lists that have been provided, there also needs to be one for the Cercle des Nations, which was an elite fascist club already mentioned. It was founded in 1969 and would be located at Parc Savoy. With so many connections back to this group, here is a list of many important historical members:

  • Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin
  • Paul Vanden Boeynants
  • Jean-Eugene Violet
  • Nicolas de Kerchove
  • Count Herve d’Ursel
  • Paul Vankerkhoven
  • Florimond Damman
  • Jacques Jonet
  • Jean-Paul Dumont
  • Philippe Cryns
  • Michel Relecom
  • Felix Przedborski
  • Roger Boas
  • Charly De Pauw
  • Ado Blaton
  • Aldo Vastapane
  • Guy Mathot
  • Serge Kubla
  • Prince Francois de Merode
  • Jean-Pierre Grafe
  • Xavier Magnee
  • Comte de Launoit
  • Jo Gerard
  • Philippe Cruysmans
  • Bernard de Marcken de Merken
  • Vincent van den Bosch

This list of names is absolutely incredible, because through these individuals connections can be made to just about every major scandal discussed in this article. Most of the information will have to be covered in another article. Connections all over the place to Opus Dei, Le Cercle and the Vatican-Paneuropa Network and connections to child abuse cases as the Dutroux affair and X-dossiers, the Pinon/Pink Ballets affairs and to individuals with links to the fascist underground. Michel Relecom, a member of the 1001 Club, was the owner of Unibra, which owned the EIM, as already discussed. Felix Przedborski had connections to and the protection of Mossad, involved a mysterious “Nebula” involved in all kinds of underworld business. The Nebula was even linked to the ASCO factory of Roger Boas.

The investors in de Bonvoisin’s PDG and the people involved in the building of Parc Savoy and the World Trade Center building, were also involved with the Eurosystem Hospitalier (EHS, ultimately owned by SGdB) deal in Saudi Arabia, in the 1970s. A leading figure in the deal was then Prince Albert II, Paul Vanden Boeynants, along with Roger Boas and his mistress Fortunato Israël, who ran a Europe-wide prostitution ring and was employed by ASCO. Israel’s services would have been used by then Prince Albert II, Saudi princes and employees of Adnan Khashoggi. The deal blew up in 1979 after it was discovered that millions of dollars were spent on bribes and commissions, resulting in the company’s collapse. Israel has been strongly suspected to have supplied underaged prostitutes as well as being apparently linked to the affair surrounding Dr. Andre Pinon and his ex-wife Josiane Jeuniau. Roger Boas used Israël call girl ring to reward potential business partners. The scandal around the Pinon dossier connects to Paul Latinus and his WNP and the Pour magazine scandal. The Pinon dossier, something which Bultot advised Troch to reopen, is park of a much larger scandal involving the “Pink Ballets”. Maud Sarr was a prominent witness that spoke about the scandal. There was a dossier on Fortunato Israel, but she was only briefly questioned, then left Belgium for Malta, where she worked at an ASCO branch located at the same place as a Vanden Boeynants’ meat company, which he used to traffic drugs. What is also important is that Israel had handed over her operation to Lydia Montaricourt, who kept the call girl ring going in Belgium. Lydia took Israel’s clientele, which include Henri Jaspar and Paul Vanden Boeynants. Mantaricourt was put on trial swiftly, sentenced to fifteen months in prison, but released immediately after. Oddly, when the Gang Commission looked into these matter, de Bonvoisin showed up with excerpts of these images. Very strange how de Bonvoisin appeared to use the Pinon dossier in his attack on Albert Raes and that he later appeared linked to the blackmail of Lydia Montaricourt. Furthermore, close Bouhouche associate, Christian Amory, whom is accused by X1 of having driven her and other victims to recording studios or parks where men hunted children, was picked up by de Bonvoisin and his CEPIC clique. Eventually thereafter, Amory started telling stories about a coup, which involved the gendarmerie and a plot to overthrow the government. This was apparently related to the Diana Group and the Front de la Jeunesse’s Group G. Boas even traveled with Frans Reyniers to Malta, with the Front de la Jeunesse carrying out surveillance.

The ASCO factory, owned by Roger Boas, was an apparent major nexus point for the child abusers in X1’s network. Those that X1 reportedly accused of going to the ASCO factory included Tony Van Den Bogaert, Michel Nihoul, Michel Vander Elst, Baron de Bonvoisin, Paul Vanden Boeynants, Jean-Paul Dumont, Melchior Wathelet and Wilfried Martens. Annie Bouty, along with Nihoul, Tony and two gendarme officers were named as being involved in the murder of X1’s 2-year-old daughter, Cheyenne. As already mentioned, Bouty was also present at the initiation of Christine Van Hees into the Network, along with Nihoul, Tony V., de Bonvoisin and others. Henri Bil, the private driver of Paul Vanden Boeynants accused by X1 of having driven her to the ASCO factory, was spotted by X2 at the Dolo talking to Madani Bouhouche. Later, Henri Bil would claim that it had been his understanding that Michel Nihoul was the righthand man of Baron de Bonvoisin. On top of this, X1 claimed that Tony often bragged that he was friends with Baron de Bonvoisin. This goes along with X1’s testimony that Tony took her to Chateau des Amerois, owned by the Solvay family, where de Bonvoisin and others hunted and murdered children in the park; and that both Tony and de Bonvoisin knew X1’s grandmother, Cecile Beernaert, and her hotel-villa in Knokke. Michel Vander Elst and de Bonvoisin were close and even showed up at the birth of Cheyenne in the hotel-villa and sadistically raped X1 together. The close proximity to Marc Dutroux are unnerving. The Lippens brothers, especially Count Leopold, have close connections and also have close links to the supranational network, like Bilderberg. Baron de Bonvoisin even interfered with the Dutroux investigation. He invited a number of Dutroux-Nihoul investigators to his castle, during which he tried to contact Michel Bourlet. It has even been claimed that through mutual interest in the stolen car trade, Dutroux knew PIO agent Paul Latinus. With the testimony of Anneke Lucas, establishing early links between Nihoul, Vanden Boeynants and Patrick and Achille Haemers, it is interesting to note that de Bonvoisin met Patrick Haemers and his girlfriend Denise Tyack when Patrick was in jail for having “kidnapped” Vanden Boeynants.

One of the most important groups connected to Baron de Bonvoisin was Le Cercle. Seemingly the most secretive and highest level of the “Vatican-Paneuropa Network”, Le Cercle has involved individuals linked to intelligence agencies as the CIA, MI6 and from mainland Europe and Saudi Arabia. Members worked with apartheid governments and fascist regimes and have bene linked to fascist underground armies in Europe, false-flag terrorism, assassinations, drug trafficking and arms smuggling, in addition to the protection and management of high level child abuse networks. Le Cercle attendees have included:

  • Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin
  • Otto von Habsburg
  • Jean-Eugene Violet

It is incredible to see all the names that have associated with Le Cercle over the years and there are many other important names in addition to the list above. There are many connections to the Conservative establishment and the Vatican-Paneuropa Network, along with attendees associated with the Liberal establishment and Zionist establishment. Many spooks connected with intelligence and suspects in many major conspiracies, including 9/11 and the JFK assassination. The Catholic connections have already been touched on, with Otto von Habsburg, Opus Dei and the Knights of Malta being the primary link. Interestingly, this milieux, with close connections to intelligence, has been involved with Operation Gladio/Stay-Behind and the protection of elite child abuse networks. As we know with our man de Bonvoisin, he was closely connected to this milieux. He was linked to the CIA and played a key role in the Belgian fascist underground, which was apparently part of the Stay-Behind network. Furthermore, de Bonvoisin’s neighbor, Andre Moyen, even spoke about the Stay-Behind network’s domestic role in the fight against communism. De Bonvoisin was also highly regarded by French intelligence SDECE head Alexandre de Marenches, who was responsible for ousting Jean Violet from the SDECE. Curiously, Violet was connected to the Synarchist Movement of Empire, Opus Dei and was a close friend of de Bonvoisin, both of whom attended Le Cercle and other organizations. Philip Crane also sought out meetings with de Bonvoisin and Le Cercle favorite Margaret Thatcher.

Another interesting overlap between Le Cercle, AESP, Opus Dei and the Belgians are two groups called Europa Christiana and Cercle Charlemagne. The latter group existed for five months, in 1978, but was supposed to serve a central group for the AESP and its splinter groups. The Cercle Charlemagne, as it was called, was created by Otto von Habsburg, in the presence of Florimond Damman, de Villegas, de Bonvoisin and many others of the European right. The other organization, Europa Christiana, was a Catholic and conservative association, which held seminars. Coordinated by Abbe Lebec and presided by Carlo Pesenti II, a seminar on 20th to 23rd November 1981, at Abbaye de Royaumont, in France, which was attended by Jean-Eugene Violet, Collet, Garnier-Lancon, Alfredo Sanchez-Bella, Robert Close, Giulio Andreotti, Paul Vankerkhoven, Jacques Jonet and Baron Benoit de Bonvoisin. Most of these men were connected to Opus Dei and attended Le Cercle. These are other examples of what has been called the “Cercle Complex”, of which de Bonvoisin was a key figure.

Conclusion

Undoubtedly, Baron de Bonvoisin had proven to be very much of an enigma, with many connections revealed, yet many many questions remain. With the judicial stalemates, perhaps the full story of that man and the scandals surrounding him will never be revealed. Nevertheless, it is up to determined people, who want the truth, who will have to dig up the answers.

What is absolutely clear is that de Bonvoisin, accused of funding fascist militias that carried out the Strategy of Tension and accused of serial child, was a linkman for the Cercle complex. The many organizations, individuals and scandals de Bonvoisin provide a significant amount of leads to follow up on. Each node will help to clarify the full picture. Which one should be next?
